Hilton Garden Inn Kalispell

My wife and I had a last minute check in and the front desk staff was extremely helpful and got us our room within a couple minutes. The room was extremely clean and felt great. A/C and TV worked wonderfully, there is a great bar, casino and restaurant as well. There are 2 gyms, a pool and a hot tub.

While checking out, the Mitch the manager, wanted to make sure we had a great stay and that everything was to our standard. He was extremely helpful and professional.

We will definitely be returning, and making this our hotel of choice while in Kalispell. Would recommend to anyone 10/10/

Room was very clean and had no weird smells and the service was amazing EXCEPT the guy who was working at night was pretty rude and clearly didn't want to be bothered. My only other "complaint" would be that the water pressure in the shower could have been better but otherwise everything else was great! We will definitely be staying here again 😁

I can't believe the bad reviews I'm reading. We had a great experience. They provided a room last minute after we had a bad experience at a flea-bag, roach motel down the street. The staff were very friendly, our room was super clean, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Biscuits and gravy for breakfast? Nice. Yes there was construction going on and the pool was unavailable, but that means that it will be even better later on. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The hotel was beautifully designed! The guest rooms were comfortable and cozy, and I especially appreciated the reading lamps. A special touch! I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Kalispell.

This is a nice and quiet facility. Comfortable rooms. They have great workout equipment and better yet it was spotless.

Here’s a little bit about my recent stay at this Hilton location!

The location is convenient, situated in the heart of Kalispell with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly and welcoming staff. I was able to check in much earlier than scheduled (right around noon) which was a huge relief after a long morning of driving.

The room I stayed in was clean, well-maintained, and provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was comfortable. The amenities in the room, including a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, added to the convenience of my stay.

The hotel's facilities were impressive. The fitness center had modern equipment, allowing me to maintain my workout routine during my stay. The decor was stunning. The elevators are wrapped in a beautiful panorama of the mountains. The on-site dining options were convenient, and the breakfast buffet offered a decent selection of tasty and fresh options to start the day. There was eggs, sausage, cereals, bagels, pastries, fresh coffee with all the fixings, and about six varieties of juice. For dinner, there’s an excellent, recently opened restaurant named “Freestone” that is absolutely exquisite. The manager was so nice and allowed me to bring a wine glass back up to my room so I could enjoy my bottle solo.

Throughout my stay, the hotel staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. My keycard stopped working at some point, and the woman at the front desk made no hesitation to apologizing and providing me a new one lickety-split. I wish they answered the phone, thought. I found myself annoyed a couple times when I dialed the front desk for info and the phone just rang and rang.

In sum, this Hilton Hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant experience. With its convenient location, clean rooms, friendly staff, and good amenities, it offers a solid choice for travelers looking for a reliable and comfortable stay in the area. Recommended for solo travelers and couples. I would consider staying here again on future visits to Kalispell!

Great room. The bed and variety of pillows were very comfortable. The room was very clean. The staff went beyond by being courteous, polite, efficient and KIND. I had a great stay.

A newly renovated hotel with spacious rooms, pool, hot tub and gym. Also an excellent restaurant on the premises. I will always stay here when in Kalispell.

Huge Thank You to the front desk men for helping our children's center be able to stay the night. Our kids loved every minute we were there. So did I.

The hotel is undergoing remodeling with brand new ownership so there were a few things going on that are not going to be long term. The lobby is gorgeous. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean. The pool area was clean. The breakfast was good. There was not as much to offer as pre Covid but the there was a nice selection. The breakfast staff was friendly and prompt, and kept everything full.

Room was gorgeous, building was gorgeous, was definitely disappointed that the pool and hottub were under construction so we couldn't use them, when we checked in we didn't even get told where to go to find our room and ended up going the complete wrong direction. Staff was friendly but not very helpful.

Great place if you’re interested in dining downtown and want to explore the town. Two great places that I checked out are a brew pub called Bias brewing and the Black rifle coffee brewing company . Can’t wait to come back!

Clean and comfortable. Front desk was friendly, but I ended up with someone else's bill during checkout.

Rooms are excellent, although they don't have a restaurant in house, their breakfast which is served from 6 am to 10 am which is included with the room. They do have restaurants with in a block of hotel. If you want a sit down restaurant there are a few within 1.5 miles of hotel. They deserve a full 5 star rating.

Immediate value with snacks and flavored water. Cozy atmosphere. The service guy was great and helpful using the pool. All nice comfortable amenities and great food service in the AM The housekeeping staff is pleasant as well.

Arlin I remember both times has been on cue and professional as ever. I made the mistake of booking a suite with one bed for my family and he graciously rearranged a more favorable booking beyond what I would expect. I trust this hotel as the manager was looking out for my best interests and beyond without me having to ask.

No complaints. The room didn't have a strong fragrance of synthetic cleansers, it was clean and the beds were comfortable.
The breakfast was cooked in full view and it was fresh and some of the selections were made to order. Excellent staff and service throughout the hotel.

The owners clearly care about this property and it shows in the complete renovation that will be finishing up soon!

Great place. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Just don't expect too much friendliness from Faith, you'll be fine.
