We called Steve to help us remove a mother racoon and her three tiny babies from a cardboard box in the rafters of our garage. It was a precarious situation and we insisted that the animals all be captured unharmed. Steve was patient and professional and worked with us to get the result we wanted for a fair price. We would definitely recommend his services.

I had a bad mouse problem. Steve came out, did a free assessment, and gave me an estimate. He was able to do the job the day after Thanksgiving, when I wasn't even home, and he stuck to his estimate. It didn't take long for me to handle the mice who'd already made it indoors, and I haven't seen new evidence of them in the 2 weeks since. Very pleased so far!

Called for removal of a skunk that got itself trapped under the plastic cover of our basement window. We found it later in the evening (after it sprayed right in the window and stunk up the house for good measure!), but Steven came out quickly and took care of it. He was prompt, polite, and kind. I would definitely call him again for any animal needs and would recommend him to anyone!

Hands down the best experience! We had a skunk living under our deck for a few weeks. Finally we realized this skunk wasn’t moving out. I called USA wildlife & exclusion and spoke with the owner. He came out the very next day to set several traps and caught the skunk the day after. He is totally professional, reliable, had excellent communication, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We had flying squirrels in our attic, and our normal pest control company quoted us an outrageous amount and tried to up sell us on things we didn’t need. We called so many companies who didn’t answer or return calls. Steven responded very quickly and was very reasonable in his quote to take care of the problem. He came to our home the next day to get started on the process of getting them out. One visit to seal entry/exit points and set traps, another to check and empty traps, and one final visit to find all traps empty. He always showed up when he said he was going to, which was really nice as well. Quick, responsive, reliable, professional. Couldn’t ask for more! Thank you, Steven!

Unfortunately, there was a deer killed by a predator in our backyard in Fairfield. We were notified by a neighbor since we were away. I found the USA Wildlife site online and called Steven. He responded very quickly and removed the unfortunate animals remains the next morning. He was very professional and made this terrible situation easier.
I would recommend him highly. In fact I will notify all my neighbors of USA Wildlife since this may happen again to someone else.

For several years now, we've have had a field mice issue in our home, and because I work primarily out of my basement, having mice running around or even dead (and smelly) was simply not an option any more. When I heard my brother-in-law was working with Steve to deal with his own rodent issues, I connect with Steve immediately. His response was immediate and professional. He came by to give us an estimate and when we agreed on the amount, we quickly scheduled the day when he could come in and take care of the issue. Steve arrived on time and ready to get to work, even though it was snowing at that time. We are happy with the way the work was done. While we won't know for a few weeks if our mice problem is a thing of the past, we know that we can count on Steve to come back and check on things if any more work needs to be done.
