I received excellent customer service here. They are a little pricey IMO, but they carry great brands and will price match to their website prices (maybe other places too but not 100% about that).

We had a great experience shopping for shoes. My son has very wide feet, and can be hard to find the right size. He's also pretty particular about what he likes. CC was very helpful and assisted us in finding 2 pairs that my son LOVES! Thanks!

Online order: zero stars

Recieved another customer's order that was supposed to be shipped to another state. Only option given was to go into the store and have them order another for me, otherwise they would charge me to ship, again.

This is why I shop on line, because time out of my schedule is difficult. Amazon is taking over because businesses like this suck at customer service for online orders!

Update: Heidi here at the Kalispell store not only ordered my correct boots, but generously went over and above in taking care of me as a valued customer.

My favorite place to get shoes in Kalispell. Great selection for the entire family. Plus, awesome deals. Join their rewards program and earn money towards purchases that you can use with coupons and sales!

Usually clean and inviting. If it's busy it may take awhile to get assistance, but everyone is very nice and willing to help. Fairly good prices on name brand shoes.

The wife insists the Kalispell location is the one we must shop at. They're always very friendly and helpful. They always remember us even though we only see them 2x per year.

I always go and buy my kids their shoes at the Kalispell store. The manager is amazing and all the sales associates are super friendly and helpful. I never leave dissatisfied.
