Had to make a last moment appointment online after H&R dropped the ball. Agent made the filing process simple and swift. Happy to pay for this service regardless if H&R would have been cheaper or not.

Brianna and Chase treated us soooo good. Brianna was amazingly professional and gave an all around pleasant experience when doing our 2020 taxes. Chase saw a few possible issues with my year prior tax return and was fast to offer amendments which ended up giving us almost an extra 2000!!!! Best tax service I've had to go through! The workers are kind, quick and very knowledgable. Filing with our local office was exceptional and the employees made sure to help my family and I to get our tax returns to the fullest. We are extremely satisfied and will continue to come back! A few days after filing my tax return for 2019 with another popular on-line tax service, I noticed that my Social Security benefits were not included although they had shown being uploaded (a glitch in their new software I found out later), and I "freaked". I was unable to talk to anyone about this upload omission because I did not pay the extra $50 fee. Then I remembered, a friend told me she used Jackson-Hewitt. I immediately made an appointment, and was able to see Mark that very afternoon. He and Britney, amended my 1040 and my Montana State tax form that very day - but the best part was, they got me additional $4,023!!! What started out to be a stressful situation, turned out to be a blessing. Yes, I will return to Jackson-Hewitt next year. You bet.
