Jordan in the accessories department was great to work with, excellent communication, A++ customer service. I had them order Katzkin leather heated seats for my bronco and unfortunately Katzkin applied the wrong stitch color on part of the seat, no fault to the dealership and did not want to work the the dealership to correct. Jordan gave me two good options 1) reorder with a price accommodation for the delay or 2) have the seats installed that are not exactly what we ordered with a generous discount that I was very happy with and accepted. I am very particular and they were understanding and took there time with the job to make sure everything was perfect, kudos to the installer. The service department could learn from Jordan!

Denver's dedication to his craft is truly commendable, and it's no wonder he's regarded as the best mechanic at Ford in Kalispell.

Wanted to share our exceptional experience with Kalispell Ford and their team. We purchased a vehicle, from out-of-state, with the entire process pre-purchase being conducted over phone/email. All questions were answered quickly by Mark and the paperwork to complete the transaction went well. No extra dealer add-ons or efforts to add unnecessary costs to the total amount.

The vehicle was to be delivered from the dealership to Utah. Through no fault of Kalispell Ford delivery was delayed. Orion was outstanding throughout the entire process with frequent communication and a fair approach to the overall situation. Support from Orion after delivery has also been amazing.

The entire team should be proud of the service and support they provide. Clearly ownership is establishing a great culture where the team is empowered and supported in finding solutions when they arise.

Mike was amazing! He actually brought the vehicle I was interested in to my job to test drive when my car was inoperable! He did all of the paperwork necessary before we even arrived at the dealership the following morning. The process was quick, easy, and the finance gal was very friendly and courteous. The vehicle was spotless. Mike even too the time to explain the functions of the screen to this boomer! 🙄 They were fabulous. Highly recommended.

Accessories manager Chris van Kempen is extremely knowledgeable. This dealer as well as Toyota in the valley is capable of taking stock vehicles and making them purpose built vehicles with more than just bolt on accessories. Chris has enabled the accessories department to push into basically full custom work possible at a dealer. I haven’t seen anything like it at any other dealer before.

Cory gave my spouse and I a lot of good details on the different vehicles available. He wasn’t pushy or tried to persuade us in any direction, but thanks to his information we purchased the vehicle we needed and wanted!

The gentleman I worked with was so helpful. The whole team in fact. Everyone else was kind and wasn't pushy. They showed that they wanted me to have what was right for me and cared about my wants and needs. I will always recommend this Ford dealership!

Mike was an excellent help! He took time to find us what we wanted. Was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely have him help us with our future purchases. The finance manager was great help in getting our loan approved. However, I was not impressed with Dante, who sold the protection plans. Saying because of our age it will be the last car we purchase was very insulting to us. I do not want to do business with him again. The dealership was very friendly and accommodating and had a good selection.

Justin in the service department is incredibly knowledgeable and very honest and straightforward. He never pressures customers to perform repairs; instead he explains in detail why the repair is needed and the effect that not performing the repair may have on your vehicle. As trustworthy as they come.

Sean Reynolds was our salesman. He did a great job. Very knowledgeable concerning the F250 that we purchased. Sean also kept us informed along the way, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, a 5 star experience. Thanks Kalispell Ford and thank you, Sean!

I have been in my 2022 Ford Escape for 2 months now and I absolutely love it! Jeremy spent all day with me offering the utmost amount of patience and compassion towards my situation and though I am late to share my wonderful experience with him and Kalispell Ford (sorry, Jeremy!), my word is good as I still feel this way months after my purchase! Was on a short road trip and had a message on the phone that the life of the oil would only be good for another couple hundred miles. Stopped at Kalispell Ford and before I had even started getting out of the vehicle when I parked in front of the Express Lane doors, Tucker came out to assist me. Explained my situation to him and he advised they were rather full with previous appointments, but if I dropped it off in the morning he would fit me in. The next morning I dropped the vehicle off right after they opened and just a couple of hours later, I received a call that it was ready to be picked up. So very pleased with the service here. Tucker was quite friendly and so accommodating in getting me taken care of while I was out of town. Very much appreciated the service at this dealer!

Most professional, excellent and "normal" group of folks I have encountered in my car purchasing saga. Car buying can be fun and thrilling, but it is usually a little scary.
