I had a great time shopping at Kim’s Gift Shop. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating. I bought hair extensions and perfume and both products were great quality. The store itself was also very clean and organized and the rest of the staff were also very nice and I felt like I was really valued as a customer. I definitely recommend this gift shop, they have an array of different products that everyone can enjoy and the prices are great. 10/10

Kim's Gift Shop is a great place to quickly get your watch battery replaced. The service is friendly and fast. My wife got some hair treatment packs that she really wanted and finally found there. It's a convenient place to stop by and get hair accessories and hats too.

Fastest service in the area.

I needed a sterling silver emerald ring sized up. After checking around, all other jewelry stores hard a 3-4 week turnaround. I needed the piece for an event in 2 weeks. Dropped it off and it was ready in 10 days. Couldn't even tell where it was cut. Returned it polished like it was brand new. Staff was super friendly. Definitely returning for more work in the future.

The customer service was excellent. Each of the sales representatives were extremely helpful and friendly. I’ve never had such an amazing experience at a store. I truly appreciated her attentiveness to me and help me making my shopping experience easy and pleasant. Definitely will be shopping there again very soon.

What a gem we have in Bloomfield! I was surprised with the variety of merchandise available at this shop. It’s the cheapest place to get batteries replaced in watches, has reasonably priced jewelry and also has many other items like beauty supply options, perfume/cologne, hats and sunglasses to name a few. AB and his staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. If he does not have an item he’s willing to order it for you!

Never expected quite a selection or unbelievably low prices so happy I accidentally stopped here. Highly recommended

Great place for one stop shop! They carry a vast array of items. From beauty supplies to jewelry. I usually get my cologne and jewelry here. They are also one of the few places that still do layaway. The gentlemen AB that runs the places also gives really good deals on their jewelry! Highly recommended coming here especially, if you are looking for a gift for your lady !

This place has been around since I was a kid, since Copaco had a farm. While things have changed in this gift shop a bit since then, customer service is still impeccable. I ordered two gold name rings for my daughters (I shopped around and they were a little bit cheaper than every other jewelry store) and they were ready for pick up in about 8 days. The owner also took a percentage off b/c I purchase two at the same time. #WINWIN

Went to have my fire damaged jewelry cleaned and repaired a week before Christmas. A.B. reassured me he can get my Cuban link deeply cleaned back to new. My SpongeBob bracelet cleaned as well as transfer my SpongeBob name plate from the old earrings over to a new pair. He kept his word!! I had this set for about 10 years. I was so overwhelmed with happiness, I wanted to hug him! Words could not express how thrilled I was. This gift shop has it all, one stop shop for sure. Awesome customer service and he never forgets a face! Phenomenal experience. Definitely, will be back to get my anklet customized.

I don't like writing reviews but I have to write this. I am so happy I went to Kim's I don't know the man name but he did Amazing job with my watch band. He helped me when I couldn't get anyone else to do the job.

Went there today to get a battery for my watch. He gave it a quick cleaning and it was replaced quickly and he even put the back on for me - I couldn't get it on when I tried long ago, and he even set the time. Thanks!
