CVS is the go to place for prescriptions, and is excellent for errands as they have a little bit of everything. I have found the pharmacy and it's staff to be very good. The pharmacists do a good job working with you and are diligent when contacting doctors for refills as needed.

The pharmacy end of this CVS is perfectly fine. Never had any major issues there. My problem is with the front in. Usually when I go there the cashiers are nice and helpful. One of the last times I went there I asked this older Jamaican female cashier about a product on their website. It said online it was in stock, and she walked from behind the counter with a huge attitude to the aisle. Looked over it for 5 seconds and said “we don’t have it”. I asked if she could check in the back and she refused. Taken aback by her rudeness I went about my business looking for a substitute. As I was looking another customer approached me and asked what I was looking for. I told him & explained what the cashier said. That was it. Mind you, we were speaking QUIETLY and CASUALLY. The same female employee starts yelling from behind the counter. “WE DONT ALWAYS HAVE ONLINE PRODUCTS IN STOCK” or something to that effect. I want to point out again I was never ever rude to her. Nor did I ask a second time about the product. I didn’t approach her again after she told me they didn’t have it. So for her to eavesdrop on a conversation I was having with another customer only to yell was very rude and uncalled for. I’ll never forget that experience because that CVS is normally pleasant. They need to let that lady go. Beware!

2 BAD APPLES SPOIL THIS BUNCH!
If not for the snotty, rude, nasty, always angry older white male pharmacist and a slender black female pharmacy tech, I would give this CVS 5 stars.

Initially, I chalked it up to them just having a bad day. But whether on the phone or in person, each visit they're on duty, their nasty attitude is there.

My elderly father was so fed up with the pharmacist's tone to him that he told him to "Try treating him like a human being; we are both men."

The staff here are wonderful but twice now their drive through is not ooen when they are supposed to be. Half an hour on hold with no response. I called the company helpline for a complaint. They were completely useless, wasted another half hour and then they transferred me to a nonworking line that I hung on for another 20 minutes. I have now wasted 40 minutes driving the past week to pick up medication’s with no explanation about why they are not open. I have to seriously consider finding another Pharmacy even though I love the people there. What a nightmare.

Hours later I finally reached somebody in the pharmacy. After some hesitation, I was told that the pharmacist had an emergency but hours later now they were open. I find it ridiculous that for a large corporation, there is no mechanism for an outgoing message when you reach the pharmacy to say that they are closed for unexpected reasons, and have some sort of mechanism to update people. I don’t expect them to change their pages, but there should be a way for people to understand what is going on. This would include rolling out something in terms of a sign that could say that the drive-through is currently closed rather than the beat up sign they post in the window that only the person there can see the people here are wonderful. The company is an absolute nightmare.

This is the worst pharmacy you could possibly use. The people that work there are horrible, disrespectful, and uncaring. Apparently the pharmacist decided to just leave at 1 today so no one was able to get any of their medication. They told me at 8am they were working on my medication, then I get a text that its ready, drive there and get told to go home because they randomly closed early. Overall, it is disorganized, unhelpful, and everyone in that place needs customer service training.
