Had a great experience at this store. Had a out of date expired Hp ink cartridges that purchased from another Staples. I call Hp and they told me to bring them to a Staples. Was greeted by the store manager and I was already a little upset because of the Hp cartridges would not work. The manager at the store went above and beyond as a manager to accommodate for the Hp Cartridges that would not work. He enlightened to situation with a humorous story he told me which made me feel comfortable. After giving him my Staples account that I have used for years the gentleman exchange the expired cartridges I had purchased with new updated ones. These are very expensive and thought I was out of $135 for purchasing them. I own several businesses and wish some of my managers would perform as he did taking care of the problem and me leaving with new ink cartridges as a happy Staples customer Want to Thank him for the help and enlightening the situation. Great Manager Staples.

Ryan is the best store manager of any retail store I have ever shipped at not just staples.

He recommended a great printer for me and when it turned out to have a manufacturer defect I did not discover untill a couple days later he gave me no issues returning it and exchanged it for the same price I paid for the original.

It was unfortunate it was defective but that was out of control and he found a solution for my problem and did so quickly and without issue

Last week while waiting in line for printing/ tech assistance, a manager, Ryan, took the time to determine exactly what I wanted to print. It was not all that clear to me how to go about doing this . His patience and kindness were exemplary!!!!

The print service manager, Michael, was extremely helpful to a critical business project that needed to be expedited; despite the failure of another Staples branch to provide print services. Our small business appreciates the effort and courtesy throughout!

I took three books to be spiraled, the work done on the spiral book was very neat and clean. They went above and beyond and cleaned the corner of the paper to be spiraled better and printed covers themselves to replace the hardcovers that were difficult to punch.

Today i had the pleasure of being helped by one of the staff at the location. His name is Spencer, a true representation of what quality customer service is which is so hard to come by so i just didnt want this individual to go unnoticed but after a dreadful morning of going back and forth over at USPS office where we received no help. Spencer took care of all my shipping issues for USPS & UPS in a matter of minutes. I didnt know Staples offered all those services. BIG KUDOS TO SPENCER. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!! Thank you, Spencer really made my day, it was the highlight of my morning 😊

This is the most helpful Staples store around... I'm very happy with their customer service and their selection. I had two rewards coupons that were expired by over a month... and one of the managers gave an override for me to use them. This saved me $10. Woohoo! Later in the week, my wife went in for a tech issue with our work printer, and the same manager, along with a tech staff member, provided great assistance and help. We highly recommend the West Hartford Staples!

After stopping in to pick up items for a health fair to display on my vendor table, I realized there were several items I had forgotten at home. The Asst Manager was creative in problem solving, offered great ideas, and was integral in helping me have a professional looking set up. Thank you Paul for all your help in making this easy!!

I had a huge event and needed help with marketing my brand, I was told Staple is the place to go. I get there and ask for assistance, and they walked me through every step. They help me create my logo, create sticker logos, and two poster. I'm so pleased with The marketing section at staples. They work so hard, I watched them juggle helping me, customers walking in, through email, and over the phone. Great Job guys!

Went in to ask about a broken iPhone screen repair. My phone was completely shattered and not only did they do an excellent job but they did it on the spot and for cheaper. My phone looks and feels like a brand new, out-of-the box one.
Josh helped us and we were amazed how knowledgable he is.
Totally recommend this place fot this kind of service and I hear they do any computer repairs as well...

I was wondering how much does Staples to print pictures from your electronic devices to make scrapbooks for your peers. I remember when I first was debuty scrapbooks 2022 I will like to know the pricing of printing pictures and screenshots from Staples.

We just used the Staples copy center in West Hartford to print all of our Wedding programs, menus, etc. They were absolutely fantastic, incredibly easy to work with, and extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. I would absolutely use them again and plan to use them for all of my copy needs in the future.

Pretty much a go-to place for work. Can be expensive at times but by using price match saves you time going to cheaper stores like Wal-Mart
