Aby's Bakery

Found this place while at lunch next door with a friend. We joked about having dessert afterwards. After trying some of the confections that day I now stop by any time I am in the area. Sometimes making a special trip into West Hartford for a treat.

Best alfajores and Argentine pastries around! The meat empanadas (baked) are amazing, too.

Best French rolls.

Just moved to the area, and I stopped in for a sandwich. It was extremely satisfying and on a house made roll. The owner/staff here is exceptional. Looking forward to trying new items along the way.

They have adorable and (more importantly) delicious frosted cookies here in animal and seasonal shapes.

Also, they have tasty empanadas and other bakery treats.

Nice little café selling Argentinian delicacies. Try the original empanadas and bread rolls made fresh every morning.

Just had a roast beef sandwich today. Everything is perfect. Break was crispy and yummy, tomato and lettuce were fresh, roast beef was flavorful by a lot, also very reasonable price. Will go back for sure.

Ordered Empanadas, Sandwiches and Churros. Extremely friendly and fast service.

Food is fresh, well made, tastes fantastic and is well priced. I would recommend this place just for their fresh bread alone.

Remember to purchase dulce de leche sauce with your churros!

Aby's Bakery, the best reason to come to West Hartford.. The French rolls at Aby's are the best I have ever had, and my Grandchildren love them almost as much as the adorable cookies shaped iand decorated as cute as you could ever see

Excellent. The must-try is their dulce de leche pastries, with “dulce de leche” a creamy soft caramel, which is piped over a crisp butter cookie in an impossibly tall swirl, all covered with a thin, crisp layer of dark chocolate. I personally prefer the sandwich version of this speciality, but both are excellent. Also check this place out for their sandwiches, challah bread, and lovingly decorated iced butter cookies (I normally don’t go in for decorated sugar cookies due to their sweetness, but these butter cookies taste as good as they look).

My family and I love their fresh bread. I drive from Middletown to get bread. Affordable prices in this economy are excellent.

I’ve been coming to Aby,s Bakery for over 10 1/2 years and i’ve never been disappointed always friendly faces and everything is exceptionally fresh and tasteful highly recommend.

Besides authentic Argentinian baked goods, Aby's is great place for fresh made deli sandwiches. Love this place.
