Triple Star

I used to go to this Chinese restaurant 20 years ago when I was a teenager and lived in CT. Fast forward 25 yrs and I still will only come to this place for Chinese food after moving back! These guys make some truly yummy food and they're extremely kind. Thank you Triple Star for still being here!

Me and my pregnant fiance went there maybe 15 minutes before they closed. I ordered the boneless spare rib tips with the pork fried rice and my fiance ordered the orange chicken with pork fried rice. Food came out very quick. Very
pleased with the timing. The food was so hot and fresh that we opened the containers in the car and it was over from there lol. The rice was perfect. Even had bean sprout in it. Those boneless spear tips was just oooh sooo wonderful. They way that sweet glaze was just stuck onto the pork. Wasnt dry at all. The orange chicken was the prize. Didnt have that mush under the skin. It kept the crispyness even under that sauce. I was very pleased they put actual orange cubes in it. The egg roll was the icing on the cake. So hot make you do the mouth dance. That perfect crisp was on point. WE WILL BE BACK FOR MORE!!!

Crunchy eggrolls, great general tso's, and decent rice. Also wearing masks in an already hot kitchen, props to them.

I live 1/4 mile away from here, and it's been my go-to for Chinese Food as long as I can remember. Whenever I order, the food is prepared exactly as I like it, which caused me to try just about everything on their menu. The people are great, they've never mistaken my order and delivery is usually early. Always friendly. But the best part is their attention to detail, the food is always perfect no matter what you get. Good vegan/vegetarian options too! We love Tripple Star at my house

While most Chinese restaurants today are either fancy and modern, or are dreadful. This place is neither. It is a taste of how Chinese food should taste. I rather enjoy the General Tzo's shrimp.

I worked across the street for two years, and when I didn't bring a lunch this is where I usually went.

The service is great, friendly, and fast. The food is exactly what you would expect from a hole in the wall Chinese food place - deep fried, a little greasy, and absolutely delicious.

The general tso chicken is very delicious. Definitely will come again.
