Glacier Bank is an amazing bank, I have been banking here for over a year, and always have a good things to say. The assistant manager at this branch will even reach out to you if you have any concerns which is fantastic. Sure they have problems like any other business, but I have been to worse banks than this one.

The ONLY THING I wish I could do at this bank is to get stickers of it’s logo on every. Single. Thing. I. Own. It reminds me of good times and the entire building smells and looks so pretty I could might mess just die! Honestly it also has great lollipops. Thanks! One last thing: the staff is very nice and friendly. Hi I am so excited for y’all and merry merry happy Christmas to ya too and brother and I love ya too brother

We've worked with Glacier Bank for 14+ years. This location has always been very nice. Before we used this one we used the one in CFalls.

Have always found this location the most helpful and will drive out of my way to go there. Very friendly and great at what they do. Have helped when we needed to challenge credit card charges.

Monica was the most helpful person I have ever gotten assistance from. Give that woman a raise or else ;)

I don't actually go IN the bank much anymore. When I do they are so smiley and friendly here. Quick and helpful, too.

I had Altabank as a servicer. Everything was great until Glacier bought them out. Online accounts get placed as "inactive" if you don't sign in every so often and you have to call and request your account be taken out of inactivity before you can check your online banking. I don't check the online banking that often and so because of that I have to call them to get permission to check my online profile after waiting a day or 2 after I actually need it. Then you only have ~24h to sign in after you get permission otherwise it goes inactive again. It is not user friendly. This practice allegedly is required by some other entity according to customer service. Get rid of it. I didn't sign up for Glacier to be my servicer. I signed up for Altabank to be my servicer and they never had this ridiculous inactive account policies. If I could switch to somewhere else I would.

Absolute garbage customer service. They try to play nice in the beginning then show their true colors. They have ZERO consistency with their rules and simply make them up as they go along. Use your money in order for them to make money with no care or consideration about the customer. Will NOT recommend to anyone for any type of business. They act like they are doing their customer a favor and that's not how banking works.

Not surprised that I am seeing bad reviews for this bank - the fish rots from the head down. They have a couple of branches under the name of Foothills Bank in Kingman, AZ have been trained to make your visit unpleasant and discourage you from ever considering this bank to do business with. If you drive up to the window and you don't have an account, you will be cancelled, banned for life. They will not change a $20 bill for you. Rude, hostile, unpleasant. Stay away from these creeps.

This horrific excuse for a bank deserves no stars, it's quite unfortunate that it's not an option. They recently took over First Security in Bozeman, MT and it shows, not in a good way. They came in and re-issued everyone all new bank cards for accounts without warning; One can only hope customers failed to throw out the new card when they didn't even realize they received it. Glacier has made it utterly impossible to get any important or pertinent information out of their online system, such as statements(They don't work), accurate and up to date balances(They are multiple business days back), or even a full account number to move funds over the phone when the online system is 'down/experiencing technical difficulties', which bear in mind if you ever need to access your online accounting, it always tends to be. And even locally in the physical bank, their systems can't give the poor tellers the correct information to pass onto the customer, or the teller just says they can't give us the balance in the account they hold our hard earned money in that we entrust them to maintain, and maintain properly. I'm quite frankly amazed that this 'bank' is still able to continue to conduct business.

Its as if children run Glacier bank with no skills and no respect for its customers. Their approach to everything needs to change! Customer service lessons may be useful but not to hopeful. My bad though I just should change banks! I'd give zero stars if possible!

I have had this bank since I was a teen ager since I grew up in kalispell.

I began having issues with them when I was in the navy I would send a message to have my accounts not get frozen when I would hit ports on my two deployments. It seemed about %75 of the time or better they failed to do this so as soon as I tried to get money out my account would freeze and I would be in a different country with no money and a friend would pay my way to get to a phone and make calls to the bank and undo this mistake.

That was a reasonable mistake because it's purchases being made from another country that could be fraudulent however this week I had the displeasure to speak with one of the (sorry for the language) bitchiest woman I have ever encountered. I was trying to make a purchase on line and my card was declined, I had tried to make a purchase with Microsoft earlier in the week as well.

The woman told me that it is due to the fact the company is based out of state in California so the charge was being held. I asked her if I can just make it so Microsoft purchases can go through. She told me no that's not an option and as far as the other business goes I'd have to call them. I called them and of course because the bank was holding payment no order was made. The thing that blew my mind was that I asked the woman "So, every time I wish to make an online purchase I have to call you and say that is ok?" Her response was yes. Obviously I am not going to call to verify I am making a purchase every time I want to get something off line.

I will be closing all of my accounts with this bank this week and recommend nobody to use them for anything. Clearly incompetence is high with this place.

I will say that most people I had dealt with were nice but this woman paired with constant bullshit I've had to go through to use MY money is enough to say I'm done.

Also I have had accounts with two other banks while in the military and never had any issues at all with either of them so if I am told by Glacier bank this is due to some fault of mine I'd love to hear why the other two banks funktioned just fine for me.
