Laundry Magic Super Laundromat

I recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a small, quiet, clean, peaceful vibe to get your laundry done. Machines are wonderful, they are inexpensive and super up to date. They have a very friendly staff who are all eyes on deck. I came in earlier with my two kids who were helping and they forgot to tell me about one more machine I didn’t start up for washing. That was at noon. At 7:15 pm I called, someone responded quickly and they were super nice. Looked for my clothes and everything. I came back and boom! Clothes were in a washer but dirty. Of course I started them up. Both ladies were kind, compassionate and relatable. I enjoy this place.

So we come down from vt to use this laundromat. Granted I used to live across the street and have been using this laundromat since 2009. The updated are the best. Only issue and it's a small one is they haven't updated the other dryers. I can't wait until they do. Best laundromat in 3 states. With the friendliest staff. Whenever I come to town I swing by. FYI it's 100 mile drive.

Best laundromat in New Britain!! I have been coming here for years and would never go anywhere else. The place is clean, the washers and dryers are new and so quick and the staff is amazing and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve been going here for about a month or two and the staff is great , but their machines were okay . Some didn’t work and it would be frustrating not being able to find an available washer and dryer. NOW ? I love it ! They’ve updated their washers and it’s so hi tech. I will be definitely be here more often

Been here several times, the staff is always super friendly. Just upgraded their washers too! 10/10 would recommend going here to wash your clothes or even pay to have them do it!

I absolutely love love love this laundromat. Tonya & her staff are wonderful helpful kind people. I come in and do my laundry and if I have any problems they help out quickly and the place is clean. And, it has such an amazing vibe. I come in and I’m greeted. I leave and I’m helped to my car. Door held open. The staff is polite. Tonya and her staff are amazing and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great laundromat experience.

Very easy going and great place to do your laundry!

I come here every week sometimes twice a week and I am really happy with it here. First I really enjoy how nice the employees are there especially Sarah. She greets us with a smile and is always welcoming and I have a 10 year son which can be a challenge sometimes and she is very nice to him also. I think the place is clean and if there is ever a problem they are very helpful and take care of it right away to help you.

I personally had a big order of wash to do with a very humid day. The laundromat was cool,clean, and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and helpful upon our arrival. Their accommodating nature made the experience much more pleasant. They assisted us with every question making the visit very positive. They have many machines to accommodate the many variations of needs and sizes we needed. I would highly recommend this facility. Their caring was so very impressive to us and made our experience memorable. I would highly recommend them and their services.

I love that's its only 5 minutes away from my house,always so clean.But what I love most is the attendant the young girl Sara is amazing always so friendly and helpful.
always makes sure that the washers and dryers are empty and ready for the next person. I will continue coming here because it's close to home it's always kept very clean and Sara is courteous,friendly and very helpful. I give it 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟...Keep up the great work Sara👍

The gentleman Nelson is really cool. He always helps us out when we go in and do laundry. It’s a clean and safe environment. We’ve been going there for over 7yrs and will not go to any other laundromat. Customer Service is amazing. The staff there are really good people. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Excellent service!!! The the girl with the glasses was awesome,she was very polite,attentive and very courteous. I had a question about the washer I was going to use and she immediately assisted me.The place was spotless,great service,i definitely will be telling my friends about this place.
