West End Yoga

I’ve been to many yoga classes & had many teachers over 14 years as a yogi, and I have to say that West End and Paula are my favorite. Taking classes here and with Paula is a truly unique and nourishing experience. Paula is an extremely gifted yoga teacher. She is a modification enthusiast and meets students where they are at across the spectrum from beginner/injured to advanced yogi. The sense of ease, safety, and joy that she fosters in her studio is something you have to experience first hand. It’s blissful.

West End Yoga is a beautiful place to practice in New Britain’s historic West End. Paula is a lovely instructor who will gently guide you through your individualized or small group practice with patience and praise. She is skilled at assisting and supporting accommodations as needed. She is a wise woman happy to share her unique gifts to cultivate your ideal practice. I wish I could give her more than five stars!

For Paula, Yoga is life that she practices daily. Because of her lived experience she is able to guide clients gently and passionately. With expertise she offers adaptations based on the needs of each individual. You will leave each session with such a deep peace.

Paula is such a thoughtful & tuned in yoga instructor. She’s mindful of of each student’s abilities & limitations and suggests modifications whenever needed. Her restorative yoga class is a favorite. I highly recommend this studio.

I had only done some informal yoga and decided to try West End with some friends. Paula made me feel so comfortable and welcomed in her relaxing space. It was a perfect yoga session that allowed me to escape my daily responsibilities. I left refreshed and felt invigorated! It was truly an awesome experience. I highly recommend.

Paula is an experienced yoga teacher. She is thoughtful in her approach to relaxation and exercise. I need to sign up for more classes.
