AT&T Store

Daniel at the corporate store gave me the best customer service I can remember anywhere in years. It was great to see someone with the work ethics that have been lost. Most people act like we're lucky that they are there to work. The main computers were down and so theirs were having problems and even crashed a couple of times. I remained calm and patient because it was something out of his control. He was very good at what he does and stuck with me until he accomplished what I came in there for. When I left I had some other places to go. Later on I went looking for something small that I had but had value to it. I thought I lost it. When I got done with my appt I had a voice mail I had a message it was from Daniel he called to let me know that the item I thought I lost had been left behind. His honesty and integrity was truly honorable.

Lily from the Kalispell, MT store gave my husband and me excellent, friendly, knowledgeable customer service; quickly and efficiently provided the services we requested; and based on our conversation with her, sold us one other product and one additional service that we needed. She also took the time to educate us on how to use all three by walking us through them before we left the store. She will be our go-to customer service representative from now on!

Shawn here at this store is very kind and took his time resolving my bill issue. I’m thankful for his patience and att is lucky to have him.

I had bought a iPhone 13 mini and put it through its paces. I had thought the screen was broken and was dreading upgrading to a larger screen. The gentleman working on Black Friday said “you don’t have to lose your phone, the screen protector is shattered, but your phone is fine!” Then he pealed off the screen to show me my phone was unscathed! He could have easily upsold me for a quick buck. Instead he was honest and helpful. I cannot recommend this team enough!

Went to the AT&T Store in Hutton Ranch, Kalispell, MT. Was very satisfied with the assistance, help of Heath-representative. Came to the store to cancel my new phone&service, and because of the professionalism, knowlege of Heath, (he was helping with content transfer), thinking to keep my business with AT&T. He was very polite, and was 100% helpful!

Went in today for service plan changing . I had too many lines on my family plan that haven’t been use anymore . The store is very nice and clean. Got checked in and helped right away . They were able to help me cancel a few lines that I don’t need anymore and tell me about the unlimited Att cloud service that I end up signed up for .great deal ! The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Would like to specially thanks to Sean and Isaiah . You guys are awesome. Att are lucky to have you as their staff . Thank you very much

We had the best experience today with the crew at this store. Heath, Austin and Daniel made this so easy. We were in and out in 30 minutes and I didn’t have to have a melt down. Awesome customer service.

Shawn and Lilly were super helpful in helping me close my mother’s cellphone account that she no longer needs. Thanks for the great service.

Shawn @ Hutton Ranch saved my sanity (and my wallet)! He walked me through a complicated interstate issue dealing with my dear friend's acct. She passed away in July in CA. Shawn was able, in one appt, to close her acct and settle it financially with me. After multiple phone calls to generic AT&T numbers just had me going in circles, Shawn not only got the job done, he also showed compassion and kindness as I grieved the surprising death of my friend. A few months later, when I received an erroneous bill from AT&T, one phone call to him took care of that,
too. I would not hesitate to use the Hutton Ranch store, Shawn and his knowledgeable team for your service provider.

I dealt with a gentleman named Heath...he was absolutely amazing in every way. He was patient, courteous, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with every decision. I would go back to that location and 100% choose Heath again. With that said, while I didn’t deal with anyone else, the other employees seemed competent and displayed a similar helpful attitude.

We left Verizon after over 20 years, could not believe how GREAT Kristina Pound was helping us make the switch! Great service, polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend ATT Kalispell and Kristina in particular.

Went in to just get a new screen protector as I got a replacement in the mail and did not do a good job putting it on went in right when they opened and they were able to get me anew one and put it on for me quick. was in and out in 15 min.

Great customer service. Too bad I bought a stolen refurbished phone from Walmart online and couldn't switch to y'all yet.

I came in recently to get set up with Direct TV. The sales rep, Dyllan was knowledge and kind when working with me. He made it super easy and explained the process thoroughly. Next time I come in, I’ll definitely be asking for him again

Had a great experience at this store with the store Managers and Sales Rep. I walked right in and was helped on the spot. I was in and out within an hour of transferring services, buying accessories and transferring data on my new phone. Great prices VS what i was paying before. Glad to switch services!

Came in with some problems with my old phone and the Assistant Manager Dee helped me, not just was she very patient and understanding, but she took the time to explain everything. She got me setup with a new phone an a great deal. Totally coming back!
