Glacier Bank

Great experience! Very beautiful bank. East location in Polson. That road can get busy but I not trouble finding the bank and parking. Beautiful interior and great views. Everyone I interacted with inside was so friendly and helpful. I actually felt like it was a luxurious experience. I sent up a new account which was a great and easy experience. I even got a free gift! And not a cheap one. I loved how they had so many card photos to choose from. They were all so pretty I had a hard time deciding. Online banking was simple to set up. They have convenient amount availability to withdraw, mobile deposit and so forth. Everything was explained and I left feeling confident in Glacier Bank.

I was helped by a handsome customer service rockstar named Richard Thomas who helped me set up a free checking account within a few minutes and was very pleasant to speak with. I felt very welcome and look forward to going back to the bank :)

I had to change my review of Glacier Bank from a 2 to a 5. After I posted my review, they contacted me and checked to see what could be done to make it better. I withheld updating my review until I could check it out over a period of time. It appears that they made good on their word to make it better as the service improved the last few times I have used that branch.. I feel confident in upgrading their review to a 5.

Worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Everything from the online banking, the app, bill pay/money transfers have been an absolute nightmare. Customer service offers absolutely zero help or solutions. I’ve never had so many issues with a bank in my life. Don’t go here.

We went to the drive thru window to get change and was asked for an I.D. to get change if they had any suspicion of it being counterfeit wouldnt they just mark the bill to see if it's fake. And it being a car with natives I'm pretty sure that's why we were asked for an I.D.
