ACE IS THE PLACE. if they don't have it they will pull it in from another store. Great place for out door furniture or a battery put in your key fob! ( life saver). Kind helpful staff. Customer service counts at ACE.

The staff is incredibly helpful. I was pointed directly to each item I needed and ibwas able to get in and out quickly.

What Walmart doesn't carry, you can find here. Good for paint, hardware and light contractor needs. Ask for help; employees on the floor very friendly, helpful. Checkers try, but best to check with older fellows who are usually available if you ask.

The employees here are friendly and always willing to help you find what you need. If they don't have it in stock, they will check Ronan store to see if they have it in stock. They have even ordered stuff and had it there anywhere from 3 hours to the next day. 😃

Super nice and help people here! They are a bit on the pricey side, but always have what I need, or they will help me find where I can get it. And I don't have to drive an hour to the Big Box store. So all in all it is worth paying a bit more for knowledgeable and friendly staff who are only 10 minutes away.

Love this Ace store! The people are so friendly & helpful! I'm a "project" kinda gal & they always get me through it! (even if they're shaking their heads!) We laugh a lot!! But get er done! LOVE ACE!!!

Always great customer service when you walk in the door til you exit.

It was great, the customer service was excellent. Although I was only picking up a a chainsaw bar, chainsaw chain, and axe. Which I knew what I was getting for being a sawer. I decided to test the service by asking them. Which turned out excellent gor getting what I needed!

VERY helpful and patient staff. If you only have a vague idea, or broken part .. they can help you!! Love how my dogs get treats and these FRESH popcorn for me. THUMBS UP!!

Seems they always have the little things that I need. Needed a thermocouple for my furnace and they had one. The staff is so polite and courteous.

This place has a great customer service mentality! The supervisor Walt just won our business, as we just moved here and were shopping different hardware stores.

Was asked at least 4 times if we needed help and the cashier caught a mistake in that we didn't have the same size clamps, saved us a trip back.

Love this place because the customer service is amazing! They need to carry more RV camping supplies tho..
