We have had our Bassett pieces for a week now, and it completes our home renovation and compliments everything so well! The furniture is sturdy and completely solid, the upholstery is comfortable and so easy to clean!

We had a great experience with Connor at Bassett Furniture. From the moment we walked into the store, we could tell that the quality of the pieces was exceptional and way more elevated than the other stores in the area. Connor helped us tremendously and was able to understand our style and what we were looking for right away. He came for a home visit and was extremely thorough with measuring the space and bringing the samples so that we could see how it looked in our house. We ordered a brand new living room, dining room and kitchen stools easily and it was so fun to customize our pieces with Connor's eye for design. I highly recommend working with Connor! I’ve been working with Rachel to help furnish our family home in Florida after renovations. We walked in a little overwhelmed without a clear direction, but were quickly put at ease with Rachel’s design expertise. Using our room measurements, she was able to create 3D renderings, which allowed us to explore different layouts and really envision them in the space. Highly recommend visiting her for your next project!

We met with Lisa in Newington on several occasions during our renovation process. At each visit, she was knowledgeable and patient with us. We took advantage of her courtesy visit to our home (with many samples). This gave us great comfort having her understand and feel our space. She listened to our needs and had wonderful suggestions.

Upon delivery, we had a couple of minor concerns on the leather chairs. At Lisa’s urging, we contacted customer service and had a prompt and professional response. In the end we have a beautiful looking and functioning living room! We have been thoroughly enjoying our furniture for 2 months now. Highly recommend Bassett and Lisa R!

I’m at the beginning stages of my home remodel, I went into the newington store recently and was pleasantly surprised. Unlike most furniture stores where the salesmen chase you around the store, everyone here was so helpful and not pushy at all. It was so relaxing being able to really look at everything in the showroom and picture it in my home. Someone was always near by to answer any question. And the woman at the front desk helped explain the ordering process for me. I will definitely be back soon to order my new furniture

I am very pleased with my new family room furniture and layout! Not only did we want to get new furniture, but after almost 20 years of the same set up in the room we wanted to change it up. Rachel Gunn was extremely helpful and patient reviewing all of the possibilities with us. Once we settled on a layout, she spent numerous hours with us picking out the right pieces and fabrics to meet our style and lifestyle. We are thrilled with the outcome and are really enjoying our “new room”!

Lisa is professional and knowledgeable with her design tips and was so attentive to my style. She guided me through several options and choices in such a calm manner. I’m very happy with my “new” dining room! We had visited other furniture stores in our search, and felt totally more comfortable with the quality of the products and the quality of the staff (especially our consultant Rachel) at Bassett.

I would just like to say that we were overwhelmingly pleased with Lisa Ruglio in the remake/redesign of our living room! She not only made material/furniture suggestions but she totally reconfigured the room and it is like a new space. Everyone that has visited since the makeover is shocked as to how large and open the space now feels. She was tuned in to our likes/colors/preferences and applied all accordingly. She is patient, talented and well versed in her field. We plan on using her in future room re-designs and would highly recommend her again!!

We redecorated our living room recently and worked with Lisa Ruglio. We had no idea of what we wanted, colors, styles or layouts. I just purchased my fourth living room furniture set from Bassett, so I am obviously a big fan of this store. I had their design consultant Rachel come to my house to see the space and give me suggestions on layout and fabrics. She was lovely - patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She listened to my requests and gave me some carefully selected choices, instead of overwhelming me with too many options. I am very pleased with my new couch and loveseat, and highly recommend both Bassett and Rachel!
