Aside from the great food and yummy queso I had to come write this review especially for Gina ☺💕 After a tough day at work I decided we were gonna order probably my favorite food at the moment 🤰🏻 through Uber eats and after I placed my order I called the store to ask for extra chipotle ranch dressing on the side because I’ve been craving it all week and not only did she make sure I got my extra sauce she made my day soooo much better!!! SHE’S AMAZING AND NEEDS A PROMOTION IMMEDIATELY LOL 💕 I would LOVE to have someone like her on my staff!! Thank you again so much and please know that small thing you did for me today made a huge difference in my day 💕☺💕 KEEP BEING GREAT

Naj and Sin were patient and working hard all day despite the massive crowd. I’m coming back just to have them make me another burrito.

Clean Store food was fresh at 7pm service was A-1... second time, and I am still impressed!!

The manager, Gina is extremely nice and attentive to customers. I have allergies and she ensures that my food is prepared carefully and without cross contamination. I come in about once a month or every other month and she remembers me each time. This is a place that I feel comfortable and welcome eating with my gluten allergy when Gina is working.

The most friendly staff work here! They are inviting and warm. I spilled my entire bowl on the ground once and they graciously cleaned it, and replaced it with smiles on their faces, never once felt like an inconvenience. I appreciate their kindness and the food is always fresh and delicious!

Yes, every time I have ordered at this location, my order has been correct and the food has been good. But that is not what prompted me to leave this review. I have recently started delivering food via doordash and I had an order to deliver from this location. It was a bit busy when I went inside to pick up the order and an employee let me know it would be a few minutes before it was done. I kept waiting and waiting and this same employee kept checking on the order and was visibly frustrated on my behalf that it was taking longer than it needed to take. Eventually, she left her post to make sure that the order was completed and assembled at that very moment so that I could attempt to get the order to the customer in some semblance of a timely manner. As I said, they were busy and it is possible I caught the other employees at a bad time on an off day, but I would like to thank and recognize the employee who went out of her way to care about my order and my experience as well as that of the customer who was waiting at home for their delivery.

Unfortunately, I did not think to ask for the employee's name at the time, but I can say from experience that you always know when q review is about yourself. But truly, thank you for going above and beyond. The food/bev/hosp. industry needs more people with your work ethic, sense of urgency, and common courtesy. I am not sure if you are a manager or shift lead, but you certainly carried yourself that way as you were able to delegate and prioritize what needed to get done in what order. As someone who also works in this industry, I know that most of the feedback we get from supervisors or guests is often critical & negative, so I wanted to be sure to recognize this positive experience.

They had a very friendly staff. It was a clean place, and is your basic Moe's Southwest grill. I'll definitely recommend if you're in the area and if you want a franchised Mexican restaurant/ fast food joint.

8 months later. Times change and unfortunately so does staffing. Ordered a homewrecker on-line (not the 1st time amid what's going on). Meal comes + it's a Jr burrito instead of a regular. I ring + speak w/manager. I let her know just received an order, 1st thing she said is price is higher b/c we have no control over what GrubHub charges. I said that is not why I am calling, then looked at the receipt + wow, someone's price gouging. I let her know I am calling b/c a reg homewrecker was ordered + a Jr was delivered. Claiming she knew it wasn't a Jr cause she made it. Said I had to bring it to her right now to prove its size then if I am correct she'll make a new one .It was delivered for a reason. Really confrontational the whole conversation as well as rude. For almost 3 years went + had 'moes Mondays'. Think we know the difference too. The side dish of black beans (paid product) came in the lil self serve salsa container. She was being unprofessional + sounded childish, I said I am not going argue about this + asked her first for her name she hung up on me. I called back, a male answered, I asked for the manager on duties first name. He said it is illegal to give that information + hung up on me. I called back multiple times. No one would answer. It would be p/u + places on hold than eventually it would disconnect. Finally the gentleman answered again + I asked for the manager first name stating it is not illegal. You all have name tags w/your first name. I am not asking for anything but that. He replied, I don't want to loose my job + hung up...

Burritos were stuffed and wrapped tight. Super clean rest rooms. Got the welcome when I arrived.

Wait Staff was fantastic. They made my experience 💯 food was great too. The one in South Windsor closed but they made it well worth the drive!

EASILY THE BEST CHIPS! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I come here all the time and the managers are very clean with their workspace. The employees are very friendly and fast with orders. Very pleased and comfortable coming here 🥰

I was having a mental breakdown the other day and went in here and accidentally started crying again. They were ALL SO NICE to me and made me an amazing quesadilla that cured my depression

Food was fine as expected from Moe's. Staff were polite, friendly, and nice. Location was clean as well.

Favorite location. State House Square is a damn mess and the pike is constantly busy. Never an issue at this location. In and out. Quick friendly service.

Great stuff consistently great food also sometimes they give me free chips when I'm on my Uber run even though I didn't make an order myself which is really nice of them they definitely didn't have to do all that
