I have been with CT Insurance Exchange for 6 years and have been satisfied with Kim’s expertise and help in my behalf. This year’s auto renewal with the same company I had been insured by for years gave me an outrageous quote on auto. I was extremely upset. Kim got both policies with a new company at a great savings to me with the same coverage. I am relieved and happy to continue my relationship with CT Insurance Exchange!!

Excellent service. Bought a new car and they changed my info and emailed me literally in 15 minutes and we’re soooo friendly. I highly recommend.

One of the best things I did this year was give them a call. I'm paying half for car insurance from my previous rate, a third for my umbrella policy and 100 dollars less a year for homeowners insurance for better coverage. Overall I'm saying 1400 a year. I usually dont think about things like insurance so I'll look at it like this. that's 14,000 savings in 10 years!

Edit: Couple of years ago I had a problem with this company. It turns out it's just one bad apple. That agent is gone and now this local insurance company is my GO-TO place for all my insurance needs. Kudos to Melanie! You're the best!
