Love Bob's Stores Footwear and Apparel! I have been shopping at Bob's since there was only one store on Main Street in Middletown, CT since I was like 23 years old. I am 63 years old, now. And, it has just gotten bigger and better! Bob's cannot be beat on prices for their name brand, high-end sports clothing lines, sneakers, and work apparel/shoes! ( : Definitely worth checking out Bob's before looking elsewhere! ( : You will he happy you did! ( :

Extremely neat, very well organized and clothing, boots, and accessories for everbody.
This Bob's store, not to be confused with a furniture store, is located off the Berlin turnpike, on Kitts lane where the Stop an Shop is.
There is plenty of upfront parking.
I have been looking for a quality but affordable pair of winter snowblower gloves. After checking out several stores, I decided to try this store. Walked in, and there up front were 3 display stands of gloves.
Found exactly what I was looking for, and in my size, Xlg, and at the right price.$39.99.
At the register, the young man was very pleasant and informative and answered all my questions. He then informed me of their Bobs store rewards program. A no cost, no card carrying, saves you money on your purchases. I agreed and was instantly awarded a $10.00 discount for signing up and extended my warranty to 90 days. You can't go wrong.
I left feeling pretty good, and I believe that's the best compliment you can say about a business.
These gloves just got a little warmer.
I do recommend Bob's clothing store on Kitts Lane in Newington.

I'm going to miss Bob's store, and there will be only 1 open in Southington in the future.

Bob's stores is a good store. They have a great variety and selection to choose from. Their prices are reasonable. I purchased some fantastic items from here over the years. The staff here is friendly and easy to deal with. I like to ho here for Chippewa Work Boots. They have many, many options when it comes to footwear...
There is plenty of parking here and it is easy to find a good spot. I prefer this location over Middletown because of the difference in the ease of parking combined with the close proximity to my house.
Either store you choose; you can't go wrong...
During my last visit at the Newington location, I noticed they had a sign saying they are here to stay! Good new...

Excellent selection of slip-resistant shoes and hiking boots, good prices too. They are having a storewide sale because they are scheduled to remodel, so lots of great prices, but still seems like a good amount of merchandise available

The cashier working the front had so much energy it made it much easier spending as much as I did. The manager, Id assume it was the manager, working the shoe section was super knowledgeable and was more than helpful. Keep it up guys. With everything going on in the world today seeing smiling faces (you have to assume people are smiling with a mask on haha) and coming across helpful people is awesome.

I was out of State and laid over and needed a few more bits of clothing. Headed to the closest Bob's Stores and was very glad I did. As usual the Customer service was exceptional, as was the selection, as was the price! Picked up some Champion sweatpants and Russell T's and I was good to go.

Great prices but they don't sell Nike or some of the other footwear I was looking for but for children it's a great place clothes are cute and cheap

It's been a while since I was there it was great sales 25 per cent off a large selections of shoes, clothes and more.

The reason this review gets 5 stars is not for Bob's itself but for one of their team members Shaniqua. I ordered a mattress online. 1st it got delivered to the wrong address because the online team gave fed ex the wrong address. Then I figure out how to get it home because customer care did not want to be any real help. Then I get it home and it is damaged due to fed ex. Then I call customer care again and they started a process that was charging me extra. I finally was sent to a team member in the Newington store. She literally spent her entire shift, along with her manager, trying to fix the issue and was finally able to resolve it. I will never order online again! The store employees are where the best customer service is!

I used to shop at Bob's when I was younger, not so much lately.

This location is closing and had a huge sale going on so make sure to swing by and check it out.

I got the shorts I wear for around $20 which are normally $60.

This location is going out of business so you can get great deals on some items, not all items are great deals you have to search the deals out. I did end up buying a Adidas tee shirt for 60% off..

Great deals for sale items. Then a coupon on top of that was even better!! Sales associates were very helpful and friendly!

While I do miss the Manchester store dearly, this Newington option has great staff. I appreciate the addition of a few lines of European work/sportswear like Lonsdale and Dunlop.

Great customer service in the shoe department! Also at checkout, the clerk went above and beyond!!! Very happy with our shopping experience at Bob's!!!😊
