I love my Scarlett recliner. It looks great & is very comfy. Doing business with La-Z-Boy was easy. The salesperson was professional, the delivery arrived on time and in perfect condition, and setup was quick and efficient. I recommend purchasing furniture from the Newington store.

I am very happy we visited and had time to try many styles and options reccommended. We went in with ideas from the website but the salesperson named Jalynn was able to offer better solutions to us.

I have found the sales people to be great. And generally I am happy to send them away. But folks here are down to earth and I felt very comfortable with them. Just recently worked with Thomas, and he was great. Their products are solid and I found the recliners/lift chairs here to be of much higher quality than those offered at Bob's.

Scotch-Grey was our salesperson and she did a phenomenal job helping my husband and me pick out the perfect sofa and chair for our living room. Everyone helped keep our five year old entertained with blank paper and markers to draw their portraits while we got our selections finalized, too. The entire process start to finish was a breeze and we are so thankful for such a warm and inviting group of staff who helped make the entire process go so smoothly.
