Unbelievably terrible service... Worst experience I've ever had with an accountant.
I dropped my taxes off and the gentleman seemed pleasant enough. I had just finished with my cancer treatment and had a terrible year financially as I was too sick to work. Time passed, I assumed everything was completed. The man called me several months later saying he filed for an extension. This call happened 2 days before the extension due date. After a half dozen calls of him asking for papers he actually DIDN'T even need which required a half dozen several emails trying to get him in touch with my financial advisor to get the unnecessary papers and 12 emails with an office assistant, it wasn't done in time. I missed the extension due date.
Several weeks later... Still not done. Then I received I received a call from them saying they needed more paperwork which I mailed in. 3 weeks pass, I email again without ANY response.
I then received a letter from the IRS saying I am accumulating fees and I am livid. I called them again today. "Being fedexed to me on Monday" they say. As of this writing, I still have not gotten my taxes! There are many good accountants out there. This is not one of them. Go elsewhere. I wish I did.

Poor communication, improper tax filing, unprofessional services.
