I was so devastated when I recently had an accident with my new Hyundai Tucson. I always babied it tried to protect it, parked in the farthest space at the store. But luckily, my insurance company placed me with Hoffman Collision auto body in West Simsbury,Ct.. when my car arrived there I knew I was in good hands after speaking with my adjuster Wesley, and Cassandra, the front desk, Customer Service agent. I had a good feel for the place and I after looking at the reviews I felt confident my car was in the right place. It took a little longer for them to complete the repair. but the reasons were understandable, and they even adjusted the price a little because I had a rental I was paying for because of the long wait I was so happy when I came to pick up my car when I saw the amazing excellent job they did. It’s like a brand new car! I would most definitely recommend this establishment to anyone that may unfortunately need auto body work on their vehicle. See the before & after pics below.

Shout out for exceptional customer service!! Karly, my service advisor was in frequent touch and kept me posted on the extent of damage my unfortunate run in with a deer had caused, from start to finish. Cassandra was always able to answer my questions when I called with professionalism and facts and walked me through the insurance process with confidence. I never got to meet the actual technicians who repaired the vehicle but they did a great job, and it was completed when promised. The added detailing on the interior was a pleasant surprise and my car looks brand new. So very pleased that I chose Hoffman Collision for my repairs and recommend them without hesitation! Thanks to all involved!

Excellent customer service. Typically customer service at a body shop is nonexistent. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and help by not only reception, but also the team working to repair my vehicle. When there were delays because of shipping parts, the team at Hoffman were helpful in getting me an extended stay in my rental vehicle. I went there because it’s the shop my insurance company works with, But it will be my go to in the future if I’m in need of repair.

I’ve been remiss in a complete follow-up regarding my overall experience with Hoffman. I highly recommend them as from the initial intake to final delivery of the repaired vehicle, the attention to customer service as well as their guidance and continued updates throughout would be a hard act to follow! I will bringing more business their way shortly as some scofflaw hit my elderly mothers parked car. That’s a whole other subject but point being I will continue to use and send business Hoffman’s way! 🙏

Great communication before and during the fix around parts being ordered and estimated completion times. My car was brought in, assessed, and work completed before the collision center I typically go to was even willing to see my vehicle. Hopefully won’t need collision repairs anytime soon again, but highly recommend to anyone who does!

Great service and communication. Made the appointment and they took care of everything. Three repair was very fast. Wesley was fantastic, he provided great expectations and timeline. Highly recommend.

While I hope to never have to come here again (because that'd mean my car is damaged), I'd love to use Hoffman Collision as a repair shop! Of course, the fact that the at-fault driver's insurance paid for the repairs helped with the positive experience. Nonetheless, the Hoffman staff is friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and great at communicating. They go above and beyond and I felt very respected as a customer.

From her initial contact, her friendly and professional demeanor was A+ customer service, she is a definite asset to the Hoffman team! As well as she took it upon herself to constantly keep me updated.
The folks at Hoffman Collision are "Topnotch "! They quoted me 9 days until my car was ready, they exceeded expectations and returned my car in 6!
I would highly recommend these folks if the need arose to have them work on my car again!!!!!!!

Damage from an accident required fixing some areas and repainting several others. Not only was the work superior, but the car was also cleaned inside and out! Wonderful service! Their customer service was helpful and supportive throughout. Highly recommend!

I chose Hoffman Collision Center because it’s an approved body shop by Toyota. My Highlander repairs were completed earlier than expected and the workmanship and customer service was excellent.

Great paint touch up done by Hoffman and the gentleman who was the insurance representative did an excellent job with the customer service. From his initial estimate to completion of the bodywork on my RAV4 Wes provided me with detailed and clear explanation of what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He worked seamlessly with my insurance company to make it happen with minimal expense to me. The bodywork is flawless. My car is better than it was before the parking lot damage occurred. This is the second time Hoffman Collision has repaired damage to my car. They are body repair masters.
