I work for a financial institution where I spend a portion of my day calling insurance companies to update mutual customer’s homeowners insurance for loans they are closing. In my years doing this job I have never had to call an insurance company so many times to get in touch with an agent. I still have yet to speak with an agent or receive a call back out of the 5 times I’ve called.

I wouldn’t give them a star at all but I have to in order to post this.

Roberto Alicea, one of the worst agents in the Brown & Brown firm. Very unprofessional, I was a client for 14 years and due to his negligence had a lapse in my home owner’s insurance. Rather than try and remedy the situation he just didn’t express any empathy nor attempt to. Ownership must have changed. It’s a shame!!

try getting them to pick up the phone. Im in the car business i deal with insurance all day and this is the worst insurance company iv had to deal with in 18 yrs..stay away really bad

This is the worst run Insurance company. I canceled years ago and still get letters and emails about an old policy. I have called many times to get off their mailing with no success. PLEASE CANCEL ME!!

The worse customer service I have ever had. Don't walk away from this insurance agency - RUN !
