AT&T Store

My wife and I went to the AT&T store at north Main Street west Hartford to resolve some issues with our telephones. We were met by store rep Eric Williams. His knowledge and great customer service was able to resolved our issues. Great job and AT&T should hire more customer service like him!

This store is very very helpful, and I'm waiting on the minute I walk through the door always. The staff is very knowledgeable and they are well equipped with product.

My family and I had two encounters with the same employee Eric at the location in West Hartford , he was knowledgeable and friendly throughout each visit . He was attentive and professional, definitely would go back in the future if we ever need assistance.

My dad and I came into the store looking to replace my broken phone. Eric was forward and had a great attitude from the beginning !
My lock button was broken on my phone, but Eric was able to turn it on long enough to complete my phone transfer !
The process took a couple of hours because my dad was also upgrading his phone. However Eric remained patient, cool and overall delivered incredible customer service and conversation !
I'll definitely be back to this store for any of my phone purchasing needs !

The moment I walked in I was greeted by a rep named Wave. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions with care, concern, and patience. He was very knowledgeable about each of the products I was interested in, and had great recommendations for me! I happened to forget an item I purchased: my AirPods Pro. Store manager Erica was kind enough to do the due diligence to make sure I got my product in no time at all. AT&T has always been my preferred cell phone service and this experience further proves why you guys are the best! Thank you Wave, Erica, and AT&T for always having my back!! P.S. this was the store in Bishops Corner, West Hartford, CT.

I seldom write reviews but I must say that I truly could not have asked for better service! I had come directly from a long and difficult shift at the hospital, exhausted (unshowered, even - so sorry!!), and needing to head out for my next overnight shift. Sophie and Manager Justin were absolutely kind, professional, patient and understanding! They addressed my urgent telecommunication issue by going above and beyond and by providing service that was incomparable. AT&T - promote these two employees and/or give them a raise and you will have me as a customer for life!

Felix is an amazing associate! I had an issue with a camera and he went absolutely above and beyond to assist me, took time out of day, worked tirelessly, and patiently to resolve the issue. I had a great experience, I’m very grateful! Awesome!

My experience at this particular AT&T Store was phenomenal. Felix helped me each step of the way and the store manager was kind, informative and professional. I’m not great with technology and they talked me through each step and were patient and informative. They gave me a list of my options and were terrific to work with. I can’t recommend them enough if you need an iPhone or any other technological assistance that they offer. Highly recommend. You won’t go wrong. And it’s local and Bishops corner near Marshall’s. Very convenient.

The last thing I wanted to do at dinner time was go to the the store to get our phones upgraded but Trey welcomed us right away and we immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. His customer service skills are off the charts - he is warm, friendly, well spoken and just an all around hard worker and nice human! We also met another associate by the name of Gary who offered any extra help Trey needed- loved the teamwork and fun these two were having with us!

Fabulous new friends! Helped me to activate phones that were not connecting. Spent entire day on it and Felix, Previous and Natasha made my evening by helping a very stressed lady to get things back in order they are so calming and informative.

I had to return a gift which was an accessory I purchased in the store. I did not have a receipt or the box. Although they would not replace my accessory free of charge, we came to a very fast and equitable manner in which to resolve this. It appears they have new staff and my interactions were nothing short of professional courteous and quite fair. My hats off to the manager who took great care of me. Also the sales associate wasGreat and professional as well

Everyone I spoke with was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help; as well as concerned when I shared with them the horrible experiences I had with various AT&T call centers and website earlier that week. I expected my trade-in process to be tedious and frustrating but I was beyond pleasantly surprised. I even worked for AT&T Wireless back in the early 00's, and I haven't had a more pleasant experience in an AT&T store. Great team, great experience.

I had an incredible experience at this store. I was changing over from Verizon to AT&T and the team made it easy and cost-effective. Steven was extremely helpful with everything and was a great point of contact. Garrett worked magic to get us everything we needed and Tim was helpful as well. This will be my store of choice moving forward for anything AT&T. So happy with my experience.

I had a phenomenal experience at this At&t store. I stop in just looking for a phone & plan. Felix was very informative about the products and services. He helped me step by step with the whole process. Also he was very kind and informative. I left not just with a phone but also an At&t tv!!

This store has great customer service.I observed that the employees here have been trained well! After speaking with the manager Nastasha it was clear to me that she has a wealth of knowledge about the products and services offered. I am new to AT&T and was pleasantly surprised with my experience at this location.

Fantastic staff! Incredibly patient, super helpful, and very friendly! They worked with me to make sure I was fully transfered from a previous provider and worked with me through all my ridiculous questions. Happy to go to them any time!

Tim was amazing! He got me a new phone for a great price plus was beyond polite and helpful. Guys like Tim are the reason I switched from Verizon. As a USMC veteran respect and common courtesy go a long way. Everyone in this store was beyond polite, attentive and really took their time answering all of my questions. I just moved back to the area and ATT employees have always been polite and helpful but Tim is an absolute all star. I’ll only go back to the west Hartford store and deal with Tim!

I came to this AT&T ten minutes before they closed yesterday. Not only was I greeted by the friendliest staff i have ever met, not one of them seemed upset about me coming in before closing. Now normally i would never go to a store that is about to close, but this was an emergency situation that could not wait. A service rep named Alex went completely out of his way to help me out. Even when he knew my budget was low he did absolutely everything in his power to make sure by the end of the day I would have a working phone. All in all, 10/10 for the service and 10/10 for this being the best AT&T i have ever been to.
