Customer service is exceptional at this location!! Unfortunately, my old I phone 6 would not turn on as the battery needed to be replaced and I had to buy a new I phone.

The entire staff worked together so well and they were able to successfully transfer all my photos and videos from my old phone to the new one I purchased.

Special shout out and thanks to Julien, Jose, Eric and Chris! They truly provided exceptional customer service! They all gave me the best advice and they all worked together to help me get my new I phone set up just in time before the Holidays!!

By far the most pleasant experience I have had dealing with anyone or any place within the wireless industry. Jose and Julian are true professionals and both went above and beyond to assist me, even at a time when they should have been more concerned with packing up and going home. Kudos, gentlemen. T-Mobile, if you are reading, give these guys a raise, they are true assets to your company.

I went into the store to get some resolution for a billing issue. that I had tried to resolve on the phone for two months.

One of the in-store customer service reps, Leroy, was extremely helpful. He listened to my problem and when he wasn't able to get to the bottom of the issue himself, he took the next step to call the T-Mobile customer service line for employees. Leroy patiently explained the issue to the T-Mobile person and stayed on the line until he confirmed that it had been resolved and my bill was lowered.

I really appreciate Leroy's professionalism, patience and kindness - he renewed my faith in T-Mobile!

We’ve been with Tmobile for several years now and they are AWESOME! Ask for Oly when you go in, he helped upgrade four phones and doesn't sell what you don't need. He takes the stress out of upgrading and made it a fun experience! Highly recommend!!

Visited Cromwell and they lied. Came to this location and Oly did a great job fixing all my issues! Don't go to dealer Westfarms Mall location has great funny staff

The sales person was very helpful. She worked with my son and I trying to get his old phone updated and working. And when that didn't work (it was really old and damaged) she was very helpful setting up the new phone, which went flawlessly. Thanks. If you want a great experience getting a new phone this is the place to go. We went there on Christmas Eve near closing, they couldn't have done more to help us. Friendly and fun staff. We got the best deals and best phones. Luis walked us through a very complicated sign up procedure, doing all the work so it was not complicated to us, and made sure we were fully taken care of before we left the store. He even followed up later after Xmas to make sure things were ok, and to make sure we got our paperwork finished for the rebates. Thank you!!!

I'd be delighted to return again! Vanessa & Kianna both helped me address our (me & my kid's) concerns, they went a step ahead to give me details, I am detail oriented person, they did a great job of not only addressing, but also making my kids welcomed in the store, needless to say kids were all over the devices, and they both had a genuine smile on their faces towards kids. Most importantly they found out the answers I was looking for, and then addresses follow up questions, gave me the store card so I could call the store should I have more concerns. It's NOT what they did, it's HOW they did, and they indeed did great! #AwesomeExperience! Thank you Kianna & Venessa!

Jesmarie was able to handle some tricky issues I had with SIM cards and billing and authorized users. She was very competent and knowledgeable.

Both staff people were friendly, good natured, and helpful. Outstanding service from Luis. Listened well, answered our questions, and had a good sense of humor. As someone over 60, I felt supported and was not embarrassed about my ignorance.

This team is great they will go the distance to try to get you happy and set up your phone and get you the equipment you want and know how to use it.
They are patient speak Spanish and English and very knowledgeable about everything T-Mobile Samsung and AT&T..

World-clas service. Ms. FranShely spent two hours helping me select a new phone and learn its festures. She stayed late to complete the transfer of my contacts. Sparking clean store, too.
