I have been with Caleb for about 11 years. Both him and his staff are there for their clients. They are always eager to help in doing the extra mile to fulfill the needs of the people that need help and I always there to get the best rates and coverage possible. I have always work with the Jean, but when she’s not available, the staff are always polite and take care of me and my family like they were their own. Caleb has a great personality, knows his business and is there when you need him.

More importantly, they never made me feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t want. It mattered to them that I had coverage only where I needed it, rather than other insurance companies (won’t name any names....) that would end up forcing me to get a lot more than I needed.

Caleb and his staff have insured my home, vehicles,company and mortgage disability insurance for over 5 years. I had used other insurance agencies in the local area only to be disappointed with the response time and quality they had provided me as a multi insured client. Caleb responds to me in a timely fashion or had Jean or Lark follow up almost immediately. Have used Caleb’s office since 2015 for our growing needs. Initially for apartment insurance, then bundled car insurance. Later added home owners insurance, and now working on an life insurance policy. Throughout the years, they have been very helpful, taking the time to explain policies and answer all of my questions. Caleb, in particular, has been wonderful and so accommodating. As we have moved out of the area in which his current office is located, he has driven to our new town (~1 hour away) to meet with me to discuss—and educate me on—life insurance policies. Taking the time to go over the various types, discuss the needs of my family, and walk me through the health screening and policy-choosing process. He has answered my many text meaaages and emails with prompt and detailed responses and never once seems exasperated with my multiple questions! We have had a wonderful experience with Caleb and his office and we highly recommend!!

After stressing about the payment of my car insurance, I decided to call this branch. I was Immediately Connected with Melissa, who was AH-MAZING!!! She was able to cross reference my current coverages so I didn’t have to go down the list with her, and gave me a quote in 10 mins into talking! Going with State Farm from Esurance ; I was able to save so much money. Melissa was awesome and attentive to my concerns about certain coverage and was able to get the job done. She called me to update me on paperwork, emailed me promptly after I would email her, and made the process so smooth. Never was this happy with other insurance companies. They have great customer service and are very professional in doing their job.I was even offered better rates here then from other insurance providers.
