They are quick to offer curbside service, give you options for any issues your pet might have. They have saved me a lot of time, money and stress. Thank you ❤

Was looking for an all natural flea and tick spray and found this product on line. Emailed this store to inquire if they carried the product. Was answered promptly and told they do carry it and have it in stock. Lady (owner)? in store was very nice and extremely helpful in answering my concerns and questions. Cute little place. Definitely will go back.

We were passing through CT on vacation, and realized we forgot our dogs food. Paws & Claws saved us! The owner was so kind, and helped us find exactly what we needed for our dogs. She gave our pups treats and affection, which they loved. They have a great variety of healthy dog foods, treats and toys. If we lived in the area we’d come back all the time 😊

SO HAPPY I FOUND THIS PLACE! The owner, Cindy, is the most knowledgeable person I've ever met when it comes to feeding your pet a clean, holistic diet. She took the time to explain, in detail, the pros and cons of various foods in question and it is so rare to find someone so smart and resourceful as she is!

Paws and Claws is a very nice, small pet boutique where you can find many brands that big box pet stores do not sell. If they do not have it in stock, they can usually order it and sometimes it could be in within as few as 3-4 days. The owners are a mother-daughter duo who are very knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions you ask - even if it means talking to a customer for an hour. They do everything they can to get you everything you need. I stopped in one day for a particular cat food because they were the ones who had it in stock when I needed it immediately. Because of their knowledge and excellent customer service, I continue to buy my pet food here instead of going somewhere else, even though there are probably places that are closer.

Lauren was so helpful and great informing me of what to buy for my dog! I'll be back all the time now! This is an awesome place that toy can trust for your pets best health! Thank you so much Lauren! My dog Molly is so happy too!!! 🐶😊

This little store is packed full of holistic and natural foods and treats for dogs and cats. But what makes this place an absolute jewel is the highly knowledgeable owners who go out of their way to personally discuss your pet's needs and help you come up with a food plan to remedy you pets issue. (Even opened up shop for me on a day they were supposed to be closed because
I called them in a panic over dog troubles). Best of all, if you try something they recommended and purchased, and it wasn't working out as planned, you can bring the remaining bag back for a refund... satisfaction guaranteed!! I love this place!

Cindy and Lauren are fantastic! I drive 45 minutes to Paws and Claws every week to get my pet supplies. Their products are top of the line and the prices are unbeatable. More importantly, Cindy and Lauren are extremely knowledgeable and do a great job helping you pick out the best products for your specific animal. If they don't know the answer to your question, they'll do some research and always get right back to you. If they don't have the product you're looking for in stock, they'll order it on the spot and have it for you the next business day or two. Lauren and Cindy know the names of all their regular customers and more importantly, the pet names. They turn it into a very personal and pleasant experience and I cannot recommend Paws and Claws enough.

They seem genuine and honest with all their reviews and personal experiences. They don't try to upsell you on anything. They are very knowledgeable and will answer all your questions. Also the options here are amazing. There are products here I cannot find anywhere else besides on online stores. Definitely a plus because everyone knows for heavy products, it is cheaper to buy in-person because of the shipping costs. Trust me Amazon factors that cost in too. Just all around great products and service here in paws and claws.

The customer service at this store is beyond amazing.
When we first went here to shop for a new brand of dog food, they gave us samples of the food to try. They give caring and educated advice & really care about your pet. Opposed to other stores where they are just trying to make a profit. I travel 30 minutes every month just because i trust & respect this store so much!!

Mother/daughter own this small pet boutique. They will answer any question you have and give you all the time you need. They will help you pick out a food for your pet. They carry a variety of high quality pet food and are very knowledgeable about it. They try to order anything you request (sometimes they can't get something, but most of the time they can). They also carry treats, leashes, chews, and harnesses.

This store is amazing. Its like the good old days. The owner remembers everyone and they do not try to upsell you. I asked what should my animal eat and I got an honest answer including information I could take to another store. I was pointed toward the best products in various price ranges. If you aren’t sure they may even have a sample for your pet to try. They will order for you as well if they don’t have it. Wonderful little store. Support local small businesses!

When ever we go to paws and claws the are so nice and help they try very hard to help us find the great good for our dog that has allergies. I can't say how nice there are and to have a great animal place in town that actually helps you.

I recently purchased a British Short Hair Kitten and a Boxer puppy and Paws and Claws has been amazing in educating me on the best options for my pets. As a first time pet owner I had a lot of questions and thankfully Paws and Claws was and is there to help.
