We were told by a friend that we has to try this restaurant. So happy we did! The staff is welcoming and the interior is warm and lovely. We ordered cocktails that were made perfectly then a variety of foods. ALL were delicious seasoned right and presented in a rustic way that was reminiscent of my friend's Italian mother's kitchen. We will be back asap.

Even though we haven’t been out this way, in quite some time, we always remembered enjoying Carlitos and decided we wanted to see if it was still as good. We did read some reviews of recent before heading over. And, I must say now that we’ve had our own experience, I’m a little confused and disappointed in those bad reviews. Literally, there was nothing we could complain about!
Every single thing was to perfection! From the warmth of the room, on a cold day, to the very friendly and attentive bartenders, Rose and John, to the perfectly cooked and proportioned food, and the well priced, (and poured) glass of wine.
I’m sure everyone knows that the rolls they serve are so perfectly delicious and warm. Add to that the potato and sausage appetizer, which totally hit the spot like no other! Followed up by the Carlitos salad, that we chose to add scallops too. Yum!
And, then, though stuffed, we had to try the mushrooms risotto! We were both thrilled that it was cooked to perfection. Al dente, creamy, and oh so flavorful! I truly don’t think you even need to add a protein to it. It definitely can stand on its own. Honestly, even the bar height, along with the comfortable chairs, tied everything together for a wonderful lunch time date. Thank you all for a fabulous experience! S&L Mystic.

Bought our mother for her Birthday. It was our first time going there and it was perfect. Great food great service and nice atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Welcoming and clean restaurant. Waitress was good 👍. Service was good. Food was great 👍. Parking was fine. I would definitely recommend this place.

Food here is EXCELLENT. We haven't gotten anything on the menu thay we didn't enjoy. Staff is phenomenal as well - friendly, helpful and attentive. This is one of our favorite date night spots in town!

So delicious ☺ the buns were warm and soft, and I was amazed how much seafood was in my dish! The food is tastes great and they have a good and safe system for covid dining.

Considering the size of our party which was around 15 people, the staff did an outstanding job at filling all the orders.

Carlito's food was delicious! The waitstaff could not have been better. They were friendly and courteous! The atmosphere was classic little Italy! I was there for a wedding shower. Will definitely make dinner reservations!

Solid Italian menu with all the favorites. Dishes were prepared very well with above average potion sizes. Good staff friendly and attentive. Our new regular spot for home style Italian.

Luncheon special is great and so is the food. No complaints with the service!

Our family had a luncheon at Carlito's Restaurant for party of 28 people. The meal consisted of 5 courses each with personal choices. Three appetizers, salad, pasta a la Vodka Sauce, 5 main course choices, 3 dessert choices. Everyone commented on how fabulous their meal was! The service was also fantastic. Our rating is 5*. Carlito's has the savory cuisine choices that are sure to please the palate, and a cozy atmosphere that lends to a relaxing and enjoyable meal experience.

My wife and I have enjoyed our dinners at the restaurant. However our experience with take out was pitiful. Carlito's reputation was definitely compromised.

An absolutely amazing dining experience! Celebrated my son's 13th birthday ...just me and my son... the food, staff, and everything was incredible!! We left feeling stuffed and very happy and brought home leftovers that we will enjoy tomorrow. 😁 try their sangria..its wonderful!

Carlitos is a favorite place of our family to enjoy their warm inviting atmosphere, excellent meal choices, warm oven-baked rolls and wine. The service is excellent!!

Great dining experience. I enjoyed zucchini fritter appetizer and caprese salad. Stuffed eggplant with ricotta and spinach was delicious. Vanessa was our waitress and she was friendly, professional and service was prompt.

Great Italian food. Tuesday night is a deal with a lot of the menu items on special. Even when crowded service was OK. It's an Italian restaurant, don't expect to eat fast! Food comes out as it should in the proper order and proper temperature. Good selection of wine. Worth a visit.

We have eaten here several times now and consistently have a great experience. It's a comfortable restaurant with an open kitchen and great bar area, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and the service is great. Most importantly, the food is consistently excellent and the portions are generous. They also have a very good range of wines to compliment their menu.

Nothing telegraphs a message about the quality of the restaurant more than the bread they serve. Carlitos warm rolls, which are light and delicious , are a clear indication that you're in for a treat. Carlito's boast a large menu filled with classics ranging homemade pasta to all the Italian standards served with their own unique twist. There is typically a great list of specials as well to choose from which we normally do. This last week we tried their fried polenta balls which were filled with meat or cheese and were absolutely delicious.

You;'ll probably need to wrap half your meal so you can save room for their deserts which include gelato and a wide range of cakes. Two of our favorites are their lava cake and of course their tiramisu.

I would not hesitate to recommend Carlito's to any friends visiting the Woodbury area. The food quality is consistently great and we have only had good experiences whenever we dined there.

Carlitos is always the best choice. They make the best martini around and the food is always impeccable. Great for a fancy night or a causal get together. The staff is always attentive, professional, and so friendly.
