I had a funeral to get to and my radiator busted going into a pot hole.

I was stressed out and looking for flights but Warren and his team at affordable transmissions got my car back running great and I even made it to North Carolina to the funeral from Connecticut and back after just getting my car back.

This is the second time I've brought the car to get work done. Both times they treated me fairly and fixed the issue. This second time I was even more impressed with the fact that they heard my concerns and didn't try to sell me on an upgrade. I admittedly do need to upgrade and replace some exhaust parts on the vehicle, but they bought me some time with the car until I can come in for those repairs. I would highly recommend this shop, they are honest, reliable, have a great turn around time, and communicate well. Moreover I feel like they charge fair prices for the work. I'm very impressed.

I've been bringing my vehicles to Joe for a few years now and he's done great work. I am pretty picky when it comes to who works on my Mercedes and Joe has worked on both of my E350's and my S550. Never had an issue and it was quality work. I supplied my parts and he charged just for the labor. I only take my cars two places: Affordable and the Mercedes dealer. I trust these guys with my life!

Joe is fantastic, I was a little nervous about him working on my Mercedes S-Class but told me that it's not a problem and he's done them before and I trusted him. Sure enough my car is awesome, shifts beautifully and he saved me all kinds of money. And I got a 3-year 36000 mile warranty. The dealer wanted $8,000...

I don't usually write reviews on Google but I have to give credit where it's due. Joe and his staff have been working on my company trucks since they opened. They've replaced a couple transmissions for me and rebuilt an engine. I've had no issues knock on wood with the reliability and quality.

I cannot stress enough I've never had a bad experience!!! I see these other reviews and wonder if they've even been to Affordable b/c I've been treated great by everyone there. You also can't beat their prices!!! Very satisfied customer and highly recommend!!!

Excellent place to do business . I brought my sons car in there two years ago to have the transmission rebuilt . I had a one year warranty. The transmission went again And I called Joe up and he fixed it for free. He didn’t have to do that because the warranty had expired but he guarantees his work. A real honest guy Not a rip off like all the other garages. If you have a problem with your vehicle go see him .

Great service !! Fast and fairly Priced!! I have to admit, it is scary when you go into a car shop these days, you really don't know what your going to hear. Yet I was welcomed nicely and treated like a valued customer from the start. They gave me a free diagnostics gave me a ride to work, and then called me with a quote, I drive a 2009 truck and I have to say I was scared to hear what it would cost to fix, well the price was very reasonable and the job was done in 4 hours, Thank you affordable Transmission for making my experience a comfortable one, and thank you for not taking advantage like some places do. Sincerely yours mother of four that just cant afford to pay more than I have too!!!

These guys are great!! Fixed the trans on my GMC Yukon in only a few days and the rate was lowest around! Very personable, kept in contact, explained everything to me in layman’s terms. Just good honest business men.
