Absolute must if you are looking for GF or vegan treats! Visiting my (vegan) parents, and I'm GF, so dessert options are typically limited - Selection here was great, products were delicious and fresh, and the person working here was incredibly sweet and helpful!

Guilty pleasure. Great cupcakes and other amazing baked goods! I don’t usually drink coffee but I’m always tempted to do so here (Stumptown coffee), but even if you don’t drink coffee, they have great tea options as well.
The owner and all the staff are super friendly and makes you feel at home. It’s what dessert place should be.

This was my daughter's first birthday living out of state - and her 21st on top of that. Also, I had created a cake for her as a toddler and had made it every year for her. She was so sad this would be her first year without HER cake. So, I reached out to Katalina's and went through the recipe/concept and surprised my girl with the cake she's always had! She said it was spot-on and beautiful! This truly made her day!

Literally any cupcake you get here is amazing. I think I've tried almost every flavor, and I cannot say enough good things about them. Red velvet it my favorite!! I go on my break for a snack and pick me up coffee. I was served by Maria, a DOLL. She's so sweet, and the owner is awesome as well. I can support small business and have a really delicious treat :)

I just had a vegan carrot cake cupcake. How in the world that was vegan, I just don't know. It was fantastic. One of the best carrot cake cupcakes I've had - vegan or not!

Amazing cupcakes, not too sweet, a variety of flavors. Kathy the owner is creative with her baking and has a huge heart. Great coffee and atmosphere in the shop, and who can resist taking 6 or 12 cupcakes to go??

My fiancée special request ordered a Snickers Cheesecake for my birthday. The cake was very special and it was awesome!!! Thanks so much to them.

Today is my boyfriend's birthday and as much as he loves his cakes he is unfortunately lactose intolerant so I searched online for a vegan bakery and found Katalina's. I called to confirm a vegan selection and we were on our way. The service was amazing and super friendly! not only did we find many DELICIOUS vegan options we also grabbed a couple treats for our fur babies! This bakery is amazing and not only will we be back we will recommend highly to others! Thank you so much for such wonderful service and delicious snacks!

Katalinas icing is out of this world good. Her coffee cakes, cheesecakes, cupcakes EVERYTHING are so flavorful baked from scratch and you can tell she puts her heart in everything she makes. I love the Hungarian options. Stop by and have the best bakery and coffee experience!

KATALINA IS AMAZING...I have not even received my order yet and Katalina is already amazing to wotk with. She's an beautiful business owner with a wonderful personality. She is extremely accommodating. I can't thank her enough. I will keep you all apprised when I get my amazing cupcakes/cookies

Lovely pastries (chocolate cupcakes are very good!) and unique flavor combinations. I have always been treated wonderfully and had a great experience. Also: allergy friendly. (just ask first obviously)

Katalina's is the type of bakery that makes me hate myself every time I go in because I just want to buy everything. They have the most delicious cupcakes, accommodating many dietary restrictions. There’s all sorts of other treats such as these killer grasshopper bars that taste just like the cocktail from which it gets its namesake. They also had a great turn-over for a birthday cake I ordered: made an order on Tuesday that was ready on Friday.

Vegan raspberry cake with lemon filling for a large crowd. I didn’t mention it was vegan. Lots of compliments on how good it was. Also, we had macarons that were a big hit!

We are vegans and vegetarians and let me tell you it’s very hard to find good vegan dessert. Well katalina’s has accomplished this! They have the best desserts vegan or not. I and my daughter have tasted! Not to mention the amazing staff and very clean atmosphere. Not only that but they have done everything they can to make sure we are safe during covid-19! Thank you katalina’s for making the best desserts in town!

She came highly recommended, so I ordered a 9" cheese cake for my grand-daughter's birthday.

I was not disappointed. She accepted my order at the last minute, and I picked up the cake 24 hours later.

The gluten free cupcakes are ok. The paleo cookies are really good.

It was a pleasure working with Katalina’s bakery! Cake was as expected and very yummy! We ordered a vegan chocolate cake with chocolate butter frosting.

Known for her cupcakes, Katalina also makes other fantastic baked goods: cookies (the ginger is my favorite), paleo and gluten-free offerings, dog biscuits, Hungarian specialties, and mini cakes. Katalina does a big take-out business. But with fresh Stumptown coffee, a large selection of tea, a bright space, and exceedingly friendly staff, this is a nice place to sit and enjoy your treat. If you want a particular item for a special occasion, be sure to order ahead so you are not disappointed.
