I LOVE LaBonnes! Always clean, orderly, and you can find unusual items you won’t see elsewhere! When I go to see friends I always bring a bag of one of the local coffees to show off how cool our area is!

Positive experience, ordering a fruit basket from out-of-state, for local delivery. The Produce Dept was helpful and friendly. My friend sent me a photo - the basket looks great. Would definitely order again.

What an amazing store. High end with lots of small town charm. Only wish I had gotten a picture of Mr. Labonne dressed up like Buddy from Elf. Hysterical! Never been before, but I can't wait to go back.

This is the best small grocery store I have ever shopped in. The produce is excellent, the choices on the shelves are well thought out, the sales are frequent and good, and the prices are fine. And yes, the staff is friendly and polite. Whenever I go to a large supermarket the impersonality and crowds of harried shoppers leaves me feeling anxious and depressed when I leave. When I go here I leave feeling like it's a very fine day.

LaBonne’s in Woodbury is absolutely wonderful! Customer Service is excellent, every employee that walks by always says hello. If you are short, like me, there is always someone to reach the top shelf! The fruit and fresh vegetables are perfect, not too ripe, not too old. The Deli foods are very fresh and the various salads are delicious, most homemade in store. The daily hot luncheon food and chicken is excellent...excellent! The Monday hot turkey dinner and all the fixings is like celebrating Thanksgiving...every week! And the Butchers- meat, poultry and fish is always fresh and the Butchers will cut a roast to any size you need.
Wonderful family owned market who treat their customers like family.

I always enjoy shopping at LaBonne's in Salisbury. Today was a little different. My temperature was checked at the door by a very pleasant young lady. There were plenty of sanitizing wipes by the door. As soon as I ventured further inside I detected a difference in the atmosphere. It was very calming (more than usual). Everyone was wearing masks, politely waiting their turn, and simply purchasing only what they needed. What made this feel different? The staff. They had everything under control and led by example. I couldn't reach an item, a very nice gentleman quickly came to my aid. Another customer couldn't find an item and 2 employees not only helped her look, they were extremely nice and never made her feel unimportant. I asked about possibly ordering items not usually found here, they took my info and request very seriously and promised to do their best to get it. These are just small examples of was happening, by the amazing employees throughout the entire store. As I walked past the cashiers on my way out, I told them all they were doing a good job and thank you! THANK YOU to all of your employees! Thank you LaBonnes for being so positive and being a wonderful example of how to take care of each other!

The staff at LaBonne’s provide excellent customer service. They are friendly, productive and good mannered. My experience with the cashiers, the deli staff and the meat counter staff has always been very positive. I shop at LaBonne’s twice a week. Thanks for being there.

I will only shop here during the Global Pandemic. Why? They are leaders in terms of keeping clients and staff safe. Masks are required by all and everyone’s temp is checked before entering the store. Everything is extremely clean. They really care about their community and lead by example. Staff is friendly and amazing!

Family owned, friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent produce and nice fish. The deli is filled with surprises. It is a true pleasure to shop at La Bonne’s.

Les Bonnes is a wonderful trustworthy market. In addition, it is a pleasure to shop there. They carry quality merchandise and if they don't have what you need.....they will go out of their way to get it. The personnonel are helpful, friendly and can't do enough for you.... from Howard in charge of meat and fish to Andy Randy and Rich, managers, to all at checkout.....they are great. They have lots of organics on shelves and in produce. They have 3 Senior discount days and loyalty points. Not true of the other markets around. My favorite place to shop....and I'm not an easy customer.😁

My job brings me to a lot of grocers and restaurants, and this one in particular is spectacular. The store staff is friendly and quick to assist you. Today I visited the deli counter to get what I thought was just another ham grinder, but what I was served was absolutely phenomenal. The ciabatta bread they used for my grinder was baked to perfection, airy and chewy but not overdry with a nice crust. The sandwich itself was ENORMOUS. I am a big eater, and only managed to barely finish half of this sandwich. They use quality meats and veggies, and the topping selection is also more than I would have expected. My only complaint is that it's about a 90 minute drive from my home, so visiting is unfortunately only on work trips unless I find myself in this part of the state again. Keep it up, this market is great!

LaBonne's has a great variety of quality products for its size. Ishmael is possibly the nicest grocery employee I've ever encountered. He, and all others, are always willing to help you find an item and do so with a smile. Thank you!

A really nice small market with friendly staff, and inventory that works for both ordinary eating as well as the gourmet meal. The hot bar and the deli are particularly good, and we appreciate that they are small enough to be able to give prominent shelf space to local artisans and farmers.

Everything you need is there.....simple breakfast cereal to exotic cheese to a great selection of ice cream. The meat department is so accommodating & pleasant that you just must return to order more perfect steaks, roasts & chops. If they don't have it, they will get it for you.
I'm very impressed with this small jewel of a fine grocery store.
My first choice to go too !!!

Shopping at LaBonne’s feels like shopping at a family market— my own family market! I’m not overwhelmed by the selection, sales are great, and if I can’t find something I particularly like, they will try to get it for me.

I can feel very stressed in big supermarkets. Never at LaBonne’s.

I love shopping at LaBonne's! I always find what I need and also the variety of new items is very refreshing. The prices are comparable and often lower than the large chain supermarkets. I can get in and out easily too!

I am usually at Labonnes every day. I was born and raised here and actually worked in the store, then named Shagroy Market, throughout high school. I know most of the staff members by name and they are always friendly! I only buy meat at Labonnes because the quality is exceptional! We just love the truckload meat sale! Always a pleasure to shop at Labonne’s!

La Bonne's is the most complete market I have found in Northwest CT. The selection of food, the freshness of the produce, the real butcher shop with meats cut to order are all top quality. There are many specifi items I buy in Florida and the manager of the store provided each and every one from his regular stock on my fist visit.

They have most everything... produce is fresh, in season they have local farm produce, the meat and fish counter are great, they carry plenty of organic options but still have cheaper options too. Not an inexpensive store, but the quality is worth it!
