Housatonic Valley Dental Care

Another excellent experience at Housatonic Valley Dental Care. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, but was taken right away., and the procedure was completed in no time. Dr. Dannon and his staff are always professional, friendly, and supportive. Parenthetically, I was interested to learn that the lovely garden surrounding the office is partially the work of Dr. Dannon himself! You might say he’s as good with plants as he is with implants! Happy to give him and his office a five star rating!

The office is clean, bright, and friendly with a lot of bird decor and plants. It's a very peaceful atmosphere. Holly the hygienist was lovely and efficient, explaining everything as she went along with a very gentle touch.

The hygienist, Laurie, completed my six-month check up/cleaning, etc. She's thorough, professional, pleasant. The doctor is a lovely man. Gentle, positive. I leave feeling I'm in the best possible dental setting, reassured that what I'm doing at home and in their care is adding to my overall health and well-being!

I had a great first visit! Everyone was very friendly, and I was impressed at the professionalism, technology and cleanliness of the office. I've been a little fearful at the dentist in the past, and I didn't feel like that at all. I was put at ease and everything was very clearly explained to me. I would highly recommend this office.

The entire staff is pleasant and accommodating. Quick visit for a semi emergency. Right in, quick, thorough exam and recommendations. The entire office is clean and pleasant. Good music and great stuff on the TV. All questions answered. Great dental office!!!

The rooms have music and relaxing nature scenes to watch. Staff is friendly and helpful. My hygienist was careful to explain things, was gentle, and kind. I was glad I came! How often does that happen?

The care is amazing! They put you first, and always making sure your ok! And the dental options are amazing too if no insurance option, they have plans to work with you, amazing! All around wonderful experience each time! Thank you!

This is my third visit to Housatonic Valley Dental Care. I recommend it without recommendation. Jessica has been my hygienist; her skills, knowledge and professional demeanor are unparalleled in my experience. I have seen several dentists over my 80 years; I was a client of one office in Cambridge for almost 35 years. I have a solid foundation on which to base my opinion.

This was my first visit to Housatonic Valley Dental Care. I found the facility clean and inviting upon arrival. Every person I interacted with was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I feel very grateful to have such a state of the art dental facility so close to home. Thank you especially to Laurie!

On my second visit, I found it was just as delightful, comfortable and pain free as my first visit in 2019. My hygienist was thorough, gentle, and informative and Dr. Dannon came in at the end to inspect the work and spend a few minutes with me. Really personable and a state-of-the-art professional office in rural Western CT.

I felt very welcome and respected. I was new there, and was about to move as well, but Jodi was so wonderful and made sure I understood everything going on! She explained in detail the process, showed me all the x-rays (they do a lot of different angles to show every single side and tooth), and I felt much more informed about my teeth afterward. I felt free to ask any questions that popped into my head. Wonderful and friendly staff!

I've been going to this practice for almost thirty years. My original dentist has now retired, but the quality of service and the compassion and professionalism has remained steady no matter what. I know I'm in safe hands with the Housatonic Valley team. Whether you have anxiety about dental work, strange working hours, or no dental insurance, they will work with you to ease your fears, find an appointment time that works, navigate payment plans, and anything else you need.

I love this place. The hygienist Sharon was wonderful today, in fact I haven’t had a bad experience. They have all been great. When I have a problem, they get me in same day or next. Always friendly, on time, and professional. The expansion looks great too.

HV Dental is great! They are taking every possible precaution due to COVID. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. My hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth and answering my questions. Plus, the radio station that was playing during my appointment happened to be one of my faves - bonus!

Went in today for a cleaning. The service was as expected the best.
I have been going there since 2013. Crowns while you wait cannot be beat. And they have all the latest "TOOLS" for the job.

Everyone in the practice is friendly, professional and caring. When I need to make a decision, they're willing to listen thoughtfully to me before offering the pros and cons of different options – the perfect approach.

I’ve been pleased with their care. The staff is friendly. My pain has been managed well, and they are quick to respond to questions after the fact.

So far so good, never gave a review for my dental work but I’m asked to o will. Pleasant atmosphere. Very nice people. A bit of a wait but all in all well taken care of. I hope it stays this way..

Super great first contact on phone as a new Family to the practice, way to go front desk staff. Appointment was for 3:40 and they called us back at exactly 3:40! 😃

Dr. Danon and his assistants (particularly Heather) are terrific. Recently I had a cracked back molar and after a root canal done by the endodontist, Dr. Danon prepped and then put a permanent crown on the tooth. He did an excellent job, was very sensitive to making sure there was as little discomfort as possible (there was very very little) and the result is perfect. I have other general dentistry ahead and am very comforted by the fact that I have a great group of professionals who care at Housatonic Valley Dental Care!
