I listed a home that my siblings and I inherited from our Dad with Tom Vigeant from the Harney agency. The home was in East Canaan and was in need of renovation. Tom has significant experience as a builder (30 years) and was very helpful to us in making smart suggestions. One major one was to remove an in ground oil tank, have a soil inspection and install a new tank in the basement. This was very helpful as it allowed us to complete and avoid issues that may have come up at the home inspection. We also had to replace a 30+ year old septic tank. Tom was very helpful in getting us a great company to do that work for us in a very timely and professional fashion. We and the buyers were very pleased. Tom was supported by Elyse Morris, the Company owner. Elyse was also a joy to work with. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the local real estate market. Our house sold and the closing was very smooth. Tom and Elyse were a powerful team.

I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience purchasing our new home in Sharon , Ct. For starters, Kathleen Devaney took my random call on short notice to show me a listing that was already under contract. After touring the unavailable listing, she quickly assessed the type of property that interested me and showed me an ideal property. My husband and I moved here from Indianapolis, IN to be closer to our kids and grandkids. We knew no one here other than our family, and with one son being located in upstate New York and a daughter outside Boston, we were looking for a middle ground. I arranged to visit and view the property as well as others in the area, and we were lucky enough to get Elyse Morris as our agent. I spent one day with her looking at a variety of properties. Not only did she show me the properties, she also toured me through the area - Millerton, Lakeville, Salisbury, Sharon, and Norfolk.
