After following the shop on Instagram, I finally had a chance to visit the shop over the weekend. It was even better in person! There is a huge selection of yarn, books/magazines, and notions. The shop has two floors! The person working at the shop was lovely and very helpful. I can't wait to visit again. :)

I bought the perfect yarn for the hat I am going to knit. The owner and her staff were very helpful in me making this selection. It is such a wonderful and friendly yarn store to experience satisfaction in meeting my yarn and notion needs.

Visited yesterday from out of town with friends while on the “Gilmore girls trail.” My friend was perusing yarns as she is interested in getting into knitting. Lisa was so friendly, personable, and helpful in making the best selections.

It was my first visit and I was blown away! My sister and our friend had been there before and they wanted me to go and see it for myself. When you walk in you are walking into a place that makes you feel warm and comfortable. We were greeted by Lisa who made us all feel so welcome. The selection of yarn was awesome as well as the other accessories to make your projects pop. If you get a chance you really should check this place out! It is a true gem and the customer service is outstanding!

My favorite local yarn store. Lisa is always helpful, always welcoming, even (and especially) when I bring my two year old. They have a wonderful policy of giving back to the community through charitable giving which I just love. A yarn store that really lives its message.

Lisa, the owner, is wonderful! She makes wach and every customer feel at home. She remembers your name, she remembers your project(s). She genuinely cares about you. Her shop is sooooo welcoming. I could stay for hours. Her yarn selection is second to none, with so many high-end beautiful yarns that I feel as if I've gone to heaven each time I walk in the door. Every time I come here, I'm already planning on coming back!

There's "5 stars" and then there's places like this that need one more. This place is the best, and trying to do the best. Not only is this shop adorable (my wife doesn't even knit but thinks this place is cute) but they're doing great work and try to source the best (and kindest) yarn.

The staff are great and astonishingly friendly, even for folks like me who both occasionally forget terminology and don't have the "yarn shop" look, I've still been met with only friendliness and kindness.

The yarn here is worth splurging on, and staff are super friendly. They're LGBT affirming, kind, eager to answer questions and seem like the best of folks.

I'm eager to sign up for lessons as soon as COVID-ly possible.

Lisa has curated a beautiful shop with beautiful staff who are always friendly and excited to help with any problem or question you have. The shop is committed to house as many sustainable products as possible (which is an added bonus) and often have products that are made by and directly help women in other countries so you always know your money is going to a good place. They love yarn and they love people...what else could you ask for in a yarn shop?!

I love this place!! Great selection of a wide variety of high-quality yarns along with a wonderful staff team, fun gatherings around knotting projects, and a welcome for CROCHETERS! Cannot recommend highly enough, everyone who yarns should give this shop your money!

Absolutely wonderful place! Everyone was so friendly, and there was a wonderfully large selection of yarns to choose from and pieces to pick patterns from! There's a Cardigan that's up that I fell in love with, and when I'm done with my current project, I can't wait to go back and pick up supplies for it!

Wow. I travel quite often and always make it a point to visit local yarn shops. I really thought I’ve seen it all but Stars Hollow is so much more than your typical fiber store. There were brands that I’ve never heard of and the employees were so happy to tell you each brands story/mission. Thank you ladies for being absolutely amazing and carrying some amazing products!

They have a great variety of yarn. Classes are being formed and there is a time for drop ins. The store opened around the start of the year and has already attracted steady clientele. I have been in there twice and have been greeted warmly. Customers can sign up for newsletters. This is a welcome addition to NW Connecticut.

I have a new favorite yarn store. Lisa, the owner, is delightful and so knowledgeable. The yarn selection is amazing, staff is friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better place to visit.

Great Yarn shop, beautifully merchandised and fantastic selection. Not your “standard” yarn shop. The interior is well kept and friendly staff.

My visit to this charming yarn shop was most enjoyable. There is a beautiful selection of locally sourced and eco friendly yarns. The shop owner and staff are helpful, friendly and attentive. Definitely worth the visit!

Seriously the best yarn shop that I have ever been to, I loved this place, and I will be back. The owner of the shop was so warm and personable and there were people sitting around were so sweet - The place felt incredibly homie, I could have spent hours in there.
