Premier Dental of Connecticut in Farmington Valley

Love the dentist and hygienists here. I’ve moved around a few times and have been very lucky to find a great dentist office in each city. Fair pricing, and great recommendations. My bf recently switched to this office from another one, and we’re both very happy with them!!

Staff is great and always helpful. The hygienists do a great job during cleanings. Dr. Olson listens to all concerns and addresses them accordingly.

I like this practice. Reception, hygiene, assistants, dentists, all courteous, professional, responsive. I’ve been seeing mainly Dr Olson. It is apparent he loves what he does and I’ve come to trust his judgement.

I was greeted professionally and my information was correct and I had a good session with the hygienist and Dr. Olson. The office was clean and proper. My services went well and I had a pleasant experience. My questions were answered, and I felt comfortable here, and I will return.

Scheduled a follow-up visit promptly and made adjustments efficiently. Great support and technical staff. Friendly and good communicators.

My 7yrs old daughter had to take baby tooth out. The Doctor was very kind and funny. He explained to her what will happens and he never show scary needle to her.

Good customer service. . Dental Hygienist was friendly and caring and seem to know her job well.

This is for LENA. He has come to your office twice and both times he has been very happy with his visit. He appreciates the time that you take to explain what's going on with his teeth. And the time you take to take care of his teeth. If everytime he came to visit the dentist, you were the person that would work on his teeth for him he would be extremely happy.

Staff was amazing
did a really good job in finding me an appointment that actually works with my busy work schedule. An extremely kind young lady I believe her name Jeranny was not only super helpful and respectful but was also very patient with me as I was In the middle of work during our phone call and constantly was in and out of the phone call she maintained same tone and calmness throughout the whole ordeal. Truly a great experience

Dr. Olson & all at the Farmington Valley office of Premier Dental are the best. I had a lot of dental work done recently and Doc Olson is a caring, kind and highly skilled dentist. And today I had Toni as my hygienist. She was amazing as well. She completed all aspects of my visit with kindness and as gentle as can be. Even my friends at the front desk are always smiling. Go to this office if you want a great experience at the dentist.

Kept me informed during the procedure and relaxed atmosphere throughout.

Good attention to perio issues, cleaning, and cavity up in the gum line. Rebuilding post and crown.
Every one is competent and good at what they do. Nice environment.

I love these guys. I know them well. I inherited bad teeth from my dad, and go to the dentist a lot. Reasons I love this office:

- the staff is always incredibly friendly
- Dr. Olson makes me laugh, and we always have a good conversation about something or other. Lately we've been discussing drone technology and autonomous vehicles.
- I've never had a painful experience in the chair here
- professional but not stressful atmosphere
- they are patient, even when you accidentally pop out your temporary crown 2 or 3 times before your crown is ready to install

Been going this office for many years they are great. Friendly, very clean office. The receptionist are friendly the dr are great and most of all Lena she is awesome always friendly and takes her time cleaning my teeth 😁 .

Everyone at this office is super nice and really helpful! They have a way of making you feel very comfortable even though we all know having teeth cleaned isn’t very comfortable in itself. Highly recommend!

Premier Dental does a great job. Staff is easy to work with, my hygienist does a great job, and Dr Olsen has taken good care of my teeth for more than 5 years. I am very happy with there service.

I brought my son in to get clear aligners and they have done such an amazing job! They answered every question we had and made it such an easy process. Highly recommend!
