This place is a game changer. As someone whose only done at-home workouts and came into this 5+ years out of shape (and 50lbs heavier), it's been a great experience. The trainers know how to push you and encourage you, a lot of positivity, and friendly environment all around. If you are worried about being intimidated jumping into some intense training.... don't be. Everyone here wants to see you succeed.
