Starbucks

I've been to some Starbucks in cities, and enjoyed the kick back and relax feel. Some local Starbucks I've visited locally seem to be just put there for its name.
This is one of those great kick-back-and-relax Starbucks.
I love it's design that feels like your in the district of a city where cafes dominate and pull you away for a little while.
The coffee and food is your typical Starbucks menu. Great cheese danish, and caramel macchiato was awesome.
The best of this particular store is its service. They are cheerful and love to work together. This is a new store, so some are still learning. But to keep a positive attitude during your beginning months is tricky. They pull it off easily.
It will take a little time for them to develop drive-thru window mechanics, but they are doing pretty good at this point already.
The lobby is clean and looks like they keep it maintained very well.
Manager works really hard and stays by each employees side when they need it, while getting her work done. And seems to it so effortlessly.
Normally I don't give retail chains 5 stars, and I'm not a big fan of Starbucks since I see them all over the world when I travel, ruining the feel of being somewhere else, especially in Asian countries. But this store is great, and I will be returning, and recommending others. It may be retail, but it has its own spirit.
Oh, and I wish they made the lobby a little bigger. It's good, just Middletown does have a coffee culture that needs more attention.

I never write reviews, but I was having a horrible morning and when I drove through the drive thru to get my coffee the man at the register had the best attitude and his humour is what made my day so much better ! Thank you for adding the cinnamon powder to my drink, and thank you for being you I wish I remembered your name!

I've walked in a few times before walking over to work and the young lady behind the counter, her name is Sallie she's very sweet, and kind. She helped me out. Her customer service is on point.

What a vibrant & welcoming store, where the baristas engage and and serve with top rate customer service! People come to work, relax, and ‘ hang out ‘ in the place! V

I have been to this Starbucks twice and both times the people are so kind, the service is extremely fast, and there are these cute stickers on the lids of your drinks! Hands down the best Starbucks in the state of Connecticut!!!

I was at this location yesterday with 5 of my colleagues, and have to share how amazing Lev was! He was attentive and so kind to our group. We really appreciate his above-and-beyond customer service!

Some Starbucks are better than others. This one is very good. My drink is always made right and they move pretty quickly. One thing I noticed - when they're very busy, it seems like it's much faster to use the drive through than go inside.

Good customer service. Quick turnaround to receive my meal. Overall, great experience.

Pleasant Starbucks location. I appreciated the relatively efficient service and loved my strawberry açaí lemonade!

December 22, it’s night, COVID is surging, holiday stress is mounting & this Starbucks staff couldn’t have been better! What a great crew on this evening shift. Everyone went above & beyond despite all that is going on. TY everyone 🐩

I want to start off by saying this is the best Starbucks ever and the staff is amazing. I drive out of my way to support this location due to the amazing staff and service. I also want to give a special shout out to Ebony who during the week covers the front desk and she is truly an amazing person.

All Starbucks are similar from menus to decor, however it is the staff and manager that sets this one apart. Jennifer, Carson and the rest are among the best I have seen in any Starbucks. That's why this is my Bucks of choice, and I live in New Haven!
