DOCS Urgent Care & Primary Care - New Milford

Out of all the urgent cares in the area this is one of the best ones by far! They took me as a walk in and were super nice. The environment makes you feel taken care of and comfortable. Michelle the provider was great and Brianna was extremely helpful and seemed to go that extra mile for my care. I definitely will be coming back and I highly recommend them!

Hand down the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. No wait time when I showed up and was in and out in under 30 minutes. Brianna was amazing, her attention to detail, knowledge on the topic, and eagerness to help left me no doubt that I was in the right place to get the help I needed, couldn’t recommend more.

Competent staff, in my experience. I started going for primary care a few months ago and everyone has been really helpful. Michelle is a gem- thorough, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend!

Best team of health care workers ever! The doctor (Michelle) is phenomenal. 3 docs from different practices missed it. It was important that I got my correct diagnosis due to prior health problems. Michelle from this Docs is the one who caught it. I almost died from this issue before, so I’m so grateful to everyone for helping me and saving my life.

The NP Michelle was absolutely fantastic. She was so thorough and listened to me. She didn't brush me off and say it's viral like everyone else did. My son ended up with pneumonia and because of her thorough and diligent care we were able to get him the treatment he needed. I also cannot say enough good things about the other nurse that was there. They both involved my son in his care and helped ease his nervousness. I wish Michelle could be our primary provider!

They are very professional, Michelle Tolbert is caring, great listener goes into details. I highly recommend it.

I went in for Lyme Disease testing about a week ago. The entire staff could not have been more competent, efficient and friendly. The office is clean and appears Covid safe. I was treated on time and as promised, there was a follow-up call a week later with results of the second test sample that was submitted. I only wish they had a physician there most days of the week. Call for an appointment and be sure there's an MD there if one is needed.

My visit was super pleasant! The staff was super friendly and I was able to get in right away. The doctor that I saw there listened to my concerns and helped with any questions I had. The radiology technician was amazing and quick when I needed X-rays done. Highly recommended this urgent care to anyone!!!

Great care, the technician Nicole was fabulous and polite I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment and was took back for pre screening promptly. The provider Deborah Branco was extremely knowledgeable and had amazing bedside manner. Over all my experience was very positive. I felt very welcomed and took care of, definitely would return back for any health needs. Would recommend for any health needs.

This place is great for primary care and regular urgent care. Was in and out fast .Aprn Michelle Tolbert always answers any questions I have and the ladies who run the front and back are so sweet. Keep up the great job DOCS .

Family of five went for Covid testing. Front desk was polite, kind and amazing! Staff that did the test was amazing as well, very quick explained everything which really helped my children feel comfortable. We were in and out fast, and our results were available within 20 minutes. I was very happy with the whole process. I will definitely go back there again.

I was extremely impressed by many aspects of my experience at DOCS Urgent Care. First upon entering I was greeted with friendliness, kindness, concern and efficiency. I am hearing impaired and everyone showed great care in communicating with me.
I was treated as a person not a disease. The entire facility was clean and bright.
The doctor was considerate. He explained things with thoughtfulness and care.
Very pleasant experience. I have have told everyone I know about DOCS.

From the minute I walked it, I was treated so nicely. The girls up front were so sweet and Debra the doctor was just as sweet. Everyone had amazing bedside manner and I was in and out so quickly. I did make an appointment online before hand which was super easy to do, they had all my info before I even walked in. Highly recommend this Urgent Care when you need a quick sick appointment.

Intake staff and process was efficient. The medical assistant and MD were excellent.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and even though the appointment was hybrid telehealth, it felt like the doctor cared as much as he would as if he were in the room with me.

Deborah, Lena and Nicole are the best. They take a beating dealing with people while they’re sick (and sometimes extremely rude) and somehow maintain their composure. My wife and I have always received the best treatment here and always take us seriously when we’re not feeling well. Never had a bad experience here, not sure where everyone else is coming from with the negative reviews.
