I will be giving all of my auto repair and services to Bills Auto. I can’t say enough about their customer service. I called and explained the issue my Ram truck was having, they let me know of all the options for repair and possible manufacturer coverage.

After getting the truck fixed through warranty, my truck still needed brakes and fluids. The dealership cost was ridiculous! I brought my truck to Bill’s and they made sure that those services were required.

At no point did Bill’s Auto try to upsell any of the unnecessary services that the dealership tried to. Needless to say I paid a quarter of the price for the required stuff.

Let me start by letting you know that I have followed the mechanics at Bill's Auto Repair & Tire shop since I moved to Rocky Hill since 1996; that makes me a satisfied customer for over 24-years.

No one else has ever touched my vehicles.  That's to say that "no-nonsense" honesty and guaranteed service are the order of the day.  No longer do you have to cringe when you need repairs on your precious ride.  This is the place you need to go.  Don't pass go...Don't collect $200...Go straight to Portland and pay Bill and Wes a visit!  You will not regret it!!

I'm a ex mechanic don't work on cars professionally but I work on all of my own cars and when I need anything done to my car I hate to let anyone touch it. Bill ,Wes and they guys are good people and I only trust them with all 4 of my cars from AC service to tires and even smaller jobs I may not be able to tackle with out time and a lift. I’ve been coming to Bill’s Auto Repair and Tire for the past decade. Wes and Bill have always been honest about what my car needs, and importantly what it does not need. Their prices are always fair, they’re always kind, and they explain things in a way I can understand. I’ve traveled to this shop from everywhere I’ve lived in the surrounding area because I trust them and that’s the most important thing for me when it comes to my mechanic.

Wes is very cool! The original quote is fair and competitive, then right after the install it turned out its less than the original quote. The outcome of VX series muffler is very satisfying. Now my 2018 Rebel is like a lion claiming his Territory lol!

The only place I will be going to in the future!!!! I needed 4 new tires and they were able to fit me in on the next business day. Wes took the time to discuss all tire options and pricing. They also ended up fixing a belt issue in my car, but not without calling first to discuss what was wrong and going over price details. The communication and prices can’t be beat!!

We had our truck towed there Late Wednesday night and called the next morning to let them know what was going on and truly not expecting them to get to it right away. I spoke with Wes and he was amazing. Even though they were busy he took the time to check the truck and have it fixed by the end of the day yesterday. I highly recommend this auto body shop! All of the guys are amazing and take very good care of their customers and the vehicles. Thank you guys so much! We will be back
