From the moment my husband and I had our first call with Peppy (Stephanie Alderman) we knew we were working with the right person! We were moving cross country from Seattle, WA to the Branford area and we were hoping to buy our next house. She was incredibly patient with us as we got clearer over the weeks/months on what we were looking for and she was able to keep up with us as our vision evolved and took different turns (a feat in itself). We have since purchased 2 homes and sold a house with her and they have been seamless and dare I say enjoyable experiences (am I talking about buying a house - yes I am)! She is incredible at staying in communication and keeping you in the know during the process. She is also a delight to chat with and is incredibly upbeat & positive, which is very important to me. She has definitely become a friend! We felt so well taken care of through the whole process, gave us her opinion when we were not sure, reached out and got questions answered when we were unclear, connected with her mentors & network when she wanted to give us more clarity, and gave us time to figure out what we ultimately wanted to do. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to have a wonderful experience buying or selling a house! However, that doesn't mean that there were not hiccups along the way, but we had the confidence that we would figure out what was best to do next with her as our guide!

My co-worker recommended Fatima and said she was wonderful to work with. I reached out to her and explained I was in a time crunch to find the “perfect” house because my lease was ending soon. She reassured me we will find it in time. She was always positive, informative, very nice, great communication and PATIENT (LOL). I had a really good experience working with the entire YellowBrick Realty team.  YB Realty helped me with both selling my previous residence and helping me find my new home.  During both transactions they were amazing.  On the selling side, the competitive market analysis was spot on and in my opinion we were able to get great value in a very challenging market.  Their approach to the house showings, Open Houses, detailed online marketing and advertising was meticulous, they left no stone unturned.  On the buy side it was very important that I find something in my budget in a specific neighborhood.  Again, it was the YellowBrick team taking a creative approach and showing a tremendous amount of determination to help me find the right home for me and my family.   I can’t say enough about how hard the YellowBrick team works for their clients.

He doesn't just want a sale, he wants his clients to find the house that they love and will not settle until that happens. His knowledge goes beyond real estate. As someone who was buying their first house it was very overwhelming for us who really didn't know what to look for in a house. Billy taught us so much a long the way and made this whole process a breeze. Billy will also have your back to make sure you get the best deal. We lucked out when we got him on some random first house showing. There is no one that matches him.

Moose was awesome to work with! He was super fast and responsive, helped us find what we were looking for well within our budget, was happy to answer all of our first-time buyer questions, and never pressured us into anything. His partnership with Total Mortgage and Real Estate Law Group made the whole process absolutely seamless. All of this plus a great sense of humor: Moose is a great real estate agent! I've heard tons of horror stories about how hard buying a house can be, but Moose made it easy for us!

You know when you get into the market for buying a house and the first thing you hope when you talk to your agent is "I hope this guy is good.."? Well, I think we hit the lottery with Tom. He is incredibly knowledgeable about real estate, the market and what to expect in a house. With Tom, my wife and I both felt incredibly confident in the choices we were making, and if we had any doubts, Tom would be extremely responsive and settled any doubts we may have had. He always had our absolute best interests in mind when dealing with any side of the deal and was there to answer any and all questions we had.
