So sad to see this place with such a low google review rating. They have always been wonderful to us and our team. They are well priced, great quality, great service and fast! We highly recommend them!

As a local Middletown business we've used this company over the last 10 years and always had a good experience. They are always very busy but were helpful and adjusted to our most recent (seemingly continuous) growing order. They were able to get the job done well AND before the projected finish date which we greatly appreciated since this was for a company event! The quality is great as well!

I have used them about 5 different times. Never had a issue. I’m happy with the quality and pricing as well. My orders were smaller so wait period was about 2 weeks but that’s about it

I had ordered some polos for my company Brainery LLC from TLM, they completed them 2 days before they were planned to be done and the staff was super helpful and kind!

This was the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. 0 stars if I could. I walk in and the lady looks at me like if she just commited a murder! Asking me if I had an appointment, implying that I can only be helped if I had an appointment. She spoke to me so disrespectfully as if I was BOTHERING and inconveniencing her! As if I wasn't going to be a paying customer, rushing me through questions like, "what do you want, what are you looking to do...it doesn't WORK that way." She must have been on her period or her husband cheated on her or something. It was that bad. BEWARE! DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!!

Very non responsive, spent a month and a half trying to order 15 hats. About 2 weeks to reply to basic questions.
