This place has a huge variety of health foods. They also have lots of all natural essential oils and dried herbs. I love their fresh juice counter as well. You will definitely find something you love at this store! The best foods are the ones that are both nutritious and delicious! Enjoy!

First time!!!! I love this place!! Just had a Pina Colada smoothie made by Cassidy. It was perfect. Just opened an office across the street so I am happy to have them right across the street!!!!!

Stopped in for some all natural products (just browsing) and I can’t believe how much stuff is in here! There is so much to choose from; hair care, prepped food, snacks, dog food and snacks and they are all organic and naturally made without cruelty or any additives.

The woman here (I wish I didn’t forget her name cause she was the sweetest and very helpful) gave me holistic suggestions to my inflammatory knee swelling and pain. I have tried everything over the counter, prescription, orthopedic medicine; nothing helps but natural and organic medicine!!! It’s time we start using what Mother Nature gave us!

I’ve also come here in the past after some physical agility fighting which left me SORE and didn’t want to take a bunch of over the counter meds. Arnica gel and tabs are great! As well as the natural Joint formulas

I've been going to open for the past couple years and now have been going nearly every day with my one year old daughter. We love the atmosphere and how friendly the employees are. They have a huge selection of natural products and a little cafe area with the MOST delicious roasted veggie sandwich (I always get Avocado on it! Last time I got one of them sandwiches, they forgot to put avocado, and the female owner noticed it was written on my ticket to add avocado and went out of her way to correct my order). Always love it here and best part is that they accept food stamps!!! Super genuine to do that! It's really helping us struggling out here to have access to such fresh and amazing produce. Thank you ION for being such a unique and friendly vegan market (they also have different type of local meats as well!)

I love coming here for healthy options they have a huge variety of foods! They're hot food selection for lunch is really good too, my lunch time sandwiches are always delicious. Have to try them!

I absolutely love this place!!!! Food is always fresh and made to perfection!! The BLT is always amazing!!! And the shakes yummy!!!!!! Oh and let me not forget!! The amazing macaroni salad!!! Delicious!! I will continue to come back all the time!!

I live very close, but no matter, they have EXEMPLARY staff, always happy and helpful! The selections are delicious and varied, there's a deli/kitchen type area for paninis and smoothies. Overall, EXCELLENT!!!

It's great to see their deli-style vegan sandwich counter! (Non-vegan sandwiches available too) My favorite is the tofu breakfast burrito, but the vegan BLT's pretty good too. Loved my smoothie. There are also a few tables in the back if you need to eat on the go.

I have been going there for years now when it was first in the main Street market place l continues to go at new location. The owner and it's family and staffs are very friendly. They also hires diverse group of people to work for them which is nice to see. It can be expensive but, you buy what you can. Sometimes l think that our supermarket in town is more expensive too. My body feels clean inside when l buy at the health food store. I appreciate you all, keep on doing what you do best by keeping us healthy. l would love to see them carries a fresh juice bar in the future.

This store has become one of my favorite places to shop. They have a huge variety of organic, vegan, whole PLUS foods.They also carry AMAZING nature-based and naturopathic products,it's such a breath of fresh air. The staff are all very polite and knowledgeable. Wonderful addition to main st.! P.s. some lady commented below ,well. More like complained that because they ,"aren't a co-op, they MUST bag your groceries for you?"#1-,please dont be a karen,especially to all the kind, attentive people that work there.#2- why not just ask instead of assume,? I go to this location REGULARLY and I cannot imagine ANY single employee "forcing you to bag your own groceries. And this is why you gave them a 3star,?? Wow, that's.....petty. It's such a shame there has to be people like you out there making it JUST a little bit more difficult to work in retail, and passive/aggressively dragging a business, which happens to be a wonderful family owned and friendly local business trying to thrive under extremely difficult conditions.

Prices are high, but they accept snap which makes it great to supplement our diet with some healthy choices. Summer farmers market is great too, they double wic checks. And the staff recognizes the situation... They help us out with day old bread and such. Great part of the community. We appreciate it.

Great selection of natural foods. They have a particularly impressive selection of grains and nuts. I've been in a few times when I am in town and I always make it a point to stop in. I like to find new things to try there and then source them locally when I get back home. Highly recommend, even if you're just visiting Middletown.

Wonderful healthy grocery store! You can find any and everything you need at this store. Staff was very knowledgeable ,friendly , and helpful! Will definitely be back in the future! Loved how everything is so fresh!

They always have amazing sales on non dairy milk. It's my number 1 reason why I stop in.

Love this store. Locally and has all the type of food I like to eat. Love smoothies. Good people work there. Might be pricey but worth it and look for sales.

AMAZING! First time here and I was more than satisfied. The food is so delicious and the servers have great personalities. Plus IT’S ALL VEGAN!!! A must try!

First timer. Loved it! All I can say is try the crab cakes and their whole wheat crust Pizza and let the food speak for itself. Can't believe I didn't try this spot sooner.

ION has a large selection of natural foods and supplements. as far as, price is concerned they are competitive. The help, I have found to be helpful. They also have a USPO on site.

One stop shop for teas, vitamins, groceries, essential oils, and even a homemade sandwich or soup for lunch! Smoothies are great too!
