Town Pizza

Good place for lunch after a bike ride on the FCT. We sat at some outside tables they had set up in the street. We had a couple of delicious NY Style thin crust slices which set us up up nicely for a bike ride back to Farmington. Great place to people watch!

I’ve been going to Town since I moved to New Haven over a year ago and I love this place. Not only is the food good but the owners are great. Every time I go, I have a great interaction with them and they are some of the nicest people I have met here in New Haven. As for the food, I love their pizza, which sadly is criminally underrated in the shadow of the more well-known places in the city. It is more New York style rather than New Haven style and you can get it by the slice. The gyros are another standout on the menu, and usually what I get when I’m not getting pizza. Overall great place with great people.

My favorite pizza place in New Haven. One of the things I will miss the most from just having moved away from there. The people are welcoming, nice, and it feels like true family-owned restaurant. The owner is friendly and always said hi to me. The pizza is yummy and has a good bread to cheese ratio. Their jalapeño pizza was great.

Driving through and stopped to see Yale campus. We came in for a meal and was pleasantly surprised. Not a place for atmosphere but food, server, and owner were awesome. Dawn was a very good server.

Oh my the food was delicious. Absolutely the best, Sicilian and gyro tasted amazing. The owner (older woman) is such a nice woman. Sweetheart thank you guys. Definetly will be back next time I'm in New Haven

The lunch deal I got at this place is great! Two slices and a soda for $5.50. Amazing pizza too! According to my daughter it's as good as the pizza in NYC!

Best Family Owned Restaurant in town . Portions are Amazing . Pricing is even better on top of how kind and friendly the owners are . This place has been here since the 1980's we must support
this hometown business. I would have given it a 10 if I could 🤗

If you like to eat great tasting food this is the place for you. And you get what you pay for quality and great taste. You can't beat that. I hope they serve food like this in heaven.

Amazing schwarma at a respectable price. Come here whenever I am in new haven! I have not had their pizza but it looks yummy. Always had good service.

Delicious pizza, really nice family running it. More than once I've forgotten to bring money and they just asked to me to pay more the next time.
