North Haven CrossFit

Awesome all around! Dropped in while visiting my family. Emailed owner and he was quick to share information and answer all my questions.

Went to class and group was welcoming and encouraging. Obviously operating on the CF philosophy! Coach was genuinely interested in the group as a whole as well as each individual. Great class!

(PSA…the 2 other local CF gyms did not answer my inquiry made 3 days ago…not a good practice. Just my 2 cents.)

Went to NHCF for an introductory class and it was a blast! The atmosphere is inviting, the gym itself is very clean and the security measures being implemented by Aaron and the rest of new ownership make me feel safe and secure. Will definitely continue my CrossFit journey with NHCF!

We are from Switzerland and dropped in today for the friday chipper. Great location and we felt like at home. Thanks to Jesse (also for the suggestions where to go for dinner and bars). We will be back for sure when we are in this area.

I dropped in at Crossfit North Haven for 2 weeks while I was in town for work and had an amazing time getting to know the coaches and members. This is an incredible crossfit facility and family run gym, and the people are some of the most welcoming and encouraging you will ever find. I felt at right at home after my first day. Everyone took the time to introduce themselves and get to know me, and the workouts were some of the most challenging I've had in a long time. The programming here is incredible, and the coaches do a phenomenally job of motivating you and improving your mechanics on every exercise. Looking forward to coming back the next time I'm in Connecticut. Thanks Kurt G, Greg, Warren, Ray, Derrick, Brian, and everybody else for making my time in North Haven a great experience!
