Target

Love the curbside pickup. It’s always been good since its start during the pandemic, but it’s gotten even better, communication is excellent. This feature made me a regular customer!

My only two complaints are prices of proteins, and they need more cashiers on during busy times. Besides that, Target is wonderful.

Amazing staff that is always willing to help! Drive up service is amazing and always efficient with friendly staff. Can’t thank you enough for saving me so much time with your drive up services! On the rare occasion something is wrong with the order, they are very quick to fix and process a refund. Highly recommend!!

Went for a video game and was in and out within 10 minutes. Just what you'd expect from target, busy but efficient.

Shopping at Target is always a treat. Everything I shop for is always in stock, and easy to find. And of course I can't help but check out all the new, fun items newly added. Target is spot on! Cheers!

Had a hard time finding what I needed and getting checked out - I’m disabled and pretty much all the time is a hard time - but Ashley really went above and beyond, 11/3 at 300pm in the self checkouts.

I could tell she was crazy busy but she came back and helped me with a smile on her face three times in a row - no frustration, no huff, just a friendly human being doing their best.

Might have been a small thing to her, but if you’re struggling every little bit helps.

Always a great experience. My boyfriend and I come to target about 4-5 times a week. The employees are always helpful and fun to chat with. We are always able to find great sales & never had an issue with customer service (returns)

A great store. Where the high class of North Haven shop. Very high brow. They have a Starbucks. Good looking shoppers!

The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. If they don't know, they don't leave your side until they find someone who can help if they can't. This store is always clean and I am proud to call it my local Target!

I always find everything at target. I feel that the prices and the quality are far better than other discount stores. The home furnishings and styles are exactly what I like and I can find anything at target. I love the store and the employees are helpful and polite. I will never go anywhere else. Sunday May 24, 2020 at 3:53pm. I had a cashier, I didn't get her name because I was in the middle of a panic attack with my 4 year old son. I thought I lost my debit card. But thankfully the lady was nice to wait while I went & searched my car. She was so sweet. So, I found my card in my car, Thankfully. But without her being so kind to me & telling me everything would be ok, I'm not sure how I would of handled the situation.
So thank u to the beautiful lady cashier who helped me through my panic attack. I hope u are reading this, please let me know who u are, so u can get the recognition that u deserve! ♥

Employees are nice and courteous. I especially want to commend VICTORIA in cosmetics. She was very knowledgeable, patient and extremely pleasant. It is always a pleasure to shop in the North Haven store, I never had a bad experience and help is always there, people are polite and respectful unlike Walmart in Hamden.

Blown away by the incredible customer service. Going to Target is usually a good time, but team members like Alvin who go out of their way to showcase efficiency, friendliness and positivity make such a huge difference. I was having a rough day but luckily had Alvin as my cashier because he managed to turn it around and make me smile! Thank you!!

Great prices, awesome selection, and amazing sale prices too! Not to mention the North Haven,CT store is well organized and much cleaner than another department stores. Plus the employees are always friendly, helpful, and informative about the products that they sell.

I love the Target in North Haven ,CT. Honestly I probably come to this store 2-3 times a week for all of our household needs and wants. Today I went for the hunterxtarget release, I was worried at first but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful even with all the craziness going on. Ruth in customer service at the North Haven store was incredible. When my daughter left a bag at the store after spending hundreds of dollars, Ruth spoke to me over the phone then met me the next morning ensuring that my daughter's goods were given to her. She was understanding, polite and very helpful. Now that's great customer service!

I love getting the 5% off of my entire purchase when I use my Target credit card.I also use the cartwheel app while I'm shopping. It scans items for an additional discounted amount. If it doest have a discount then it may tells you which brand does have one They also have a great variety of all types of merchandise. It is a great "One stop shopping" store. You can buy a TV, Tomatoes and Toys all in one place.
