US FURNITURE

I normally like to shop around for things. See what fits best for my budget. I found US Furniture online and decided to give it a shot. Amazing place, the guy who helped me, Joey, was exceptional. I explained what I wanted. No hesitation he knew what I needed. He gave me multiple options, but never push for me to buy anything I didn't want. Great experience. I must certainly will be returning for other stuff.

My daughter and I recently were at the Milford location and had the pleasure of working with Joey. We were there to buy a living room sectional and ended up buying a bedroom set as well… All due to the great deals and customer service provided to us by Joey! Delivery was scheduled and all the pieces arrived in excellent condition, and were set up in each of the appropriate rooms by very caring delivery men. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for quality furniture, as you will be quite pleased with the service and the pieces themselves. I will definitely be going back anytime I need any other furniture for my home. Thank you, Joey!

My Husband & I went window shopping here & met Joey. Awesome is an understatement. We ended up purchasing without hesitation. We went to quite a few places today however the knowledge, patience & attention to our wants were exceeded. I can see us coming here for all of our furniture needs. Just purchased a living room set from US Furniture. Couldn’t be more satisfied! Eli provided excellent customer service and price for my Ashley sofa, loveseat and ottoman. Delivery was super fast. Paid for set in full on Friday and received the following Tuesday. Delivery staff was very polite and professional. I will definitely be doing business here again.

Eli gave me at a great price for a full size, 5 piece bedroom set and he was able to include a little extra specifications without changing the price. He was extremely helpful and professional. What a little gem of a spot. They might be next to some of the biggest furniture retailers in Milford,CT. But when we came in they greeted us well and helped us find the exact piece we were looking for, even though they didn’t have it on hand in the store. He priced it down even further than the competition price we both saw online. We were able to pick it up a few days later.
If you want to support small businesses, than this is a great place to start. Friendly and nice staff to boot.

I have been searching for a specific dining room set for about 3 weeks and stumble into US Furniture on Post Road. OMG what a blessing! I found what I needed, the sales woman was phenomenal and the price was just right. I then met the man who has been in this business for over 30 years. Talk about great customer service it is definitely here. Take a minute and stop in this place as you will not regret it. Thank you US Furniture!

Despite the negative reviews, I had a great experience shopping at U.S. furniture. We were greeted right after walking in and assisted throughout the way. Eli was sure to answer all our questions and was very knowledgeable about the furniture prices. While browsing Eli kept us entertained with his great humor helping us find the pieces we need. Also, considering the fact they we were on a budget, Eli ensured that we left there with the pieces without going over our set budget. Needless to say that I am rating this store 5 stars.
