Thank you, Malashia!!! At Hawley Lane Shoes. For the first time in months, my feet didn't hurt after being on them all day. After actually listening to me explain what I do every day, she recommended sneakers that hugged my feet. She actually spent a good half an hour with me finding the right ones. She brought out 4/5 pairs from the back room and I tried each pair. She explained the difference and fit for each pair. She definitely knew her product!!! Will be returning to buy from here and Malashia again!!! 😊

Customer service was off the charts! I brought my two toddlers and it went so much better than I could have imagined. Even though they were having a busy morning the two ladies who helped me treated me like a queen. One of them distracted my older toddler while the other helped me shop and ensured that I left the store with the right fitting shoes. I could not have had a better experience. I can't wait to go back and have my kids feet measured and fitted as they have a great selection of kids shoes too!

Is wasnt a nb store so you cant return or exchange I drove half an hour to exchange my shoes just for a lady to tell me they dont do that. Plus she knew this was a problem on maps but never changed it
