Ives is the most convenient and friendly liquor store. My favorite is when they ask their “this or that” questions, it’s personable, fun and inviting. Ives is the BEST!

Extremely friendly and helpful! Its weird I can’t get beer/wine at the grocery store or the gas station lol. But this place had a great selection, everything I needed and more.
By the way-the door is not under its sign. You’re in the right spot!

Love this place. The owner is a great guy (amazing old school Italian fashion sense) and the staff are always helpful, even when it's busy. Nice selection in stock, and there's always new stuff to try (especially beers/ciders from local craft companies). ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I normally drop by here when we need to stock up for a party, or we are having a few people over. The selection is great, and they have more than enough in the coolers in case you need something quickly.

Staff is also super friendly, and helpful if I have questions. I would go out of my way to come here when I need something.

This is one of the best liquor stores in Wallingford. They have a great selection and are friendly and able to answer all your questions. It is nicely organized and the place is well lit and nicely displayed. I've never felt uncomfortable here, it's got a good vibe.

Wish i could give this place 6 stars. I had just purchased about $1800 worth of liquor for my wedding from here. I am not so knowledgeable on alcohol since i only drink beer, but Glenn walked me through everything and was my own personal shopper in a way. He helped me get the right wines, hard liquors and specialty beers. I had to order a special wine and Gin (which came in within a day) and when i came back to pick that up, the owner Vin helped me get a few more things and gave me an even better deal than i expected. Everybody was extremely helpful and friendly. I will certainly be back to purchase more for future parties. Thank you to everyone involved!

Well stocked store. I can ways find what I'm looking for from microbrew beer, to wines.
They have hard-to-find Evil Genius Brewing Co.!

Huge selection of alcohol! They also carried a lot of craft beer brands that I've found either only at the brewery or they are very hard to come by. If you are looking for an obscure beer brand I'd highly recommend looking here first.

Great selection of beers, wines and sports. Very helpful if you're having a large event. They'll work with you to get what you need.

I shop here all the time and I fine what I'm looking for most of the time. When I can't fine my items the staff fines it for me or they can tell me it's coming in on a shipment or they'll order it for me. Wine, beer and much more.

Always helpful, always pleasant, and generally have everything I'm looking for. On the rare occasion that something I want is not there, helpful in locating it. Fairly priced and pleasant shopping experience

This is by far one of the best liquor stores in the area. Family owned and they do a great job of showcasing local beers and the better craft beers from beyond the area.
