Cannot say enough good things about Dropbox In Montville . Rob was easy to deal with and the whole experience was pressure free and I left with the sectional I wanted at the lowest possible price...cannot beat the prices for quality furniture! Rob who delivered it was professional and got it in my home under less than ideal conditions. ..explained the set up and was Courteous throughout the whole ordeal. Highly recommend

Rob was extremely helpful and pleasant. The furniture was top notch and he was not pushy at all. It took us a whole 30 minutes to pick out a sectional couch and schedule delivery. The prices are very affordable compared to other well-known stores, but the quality is MUCH better by a land slide. Highly recommend this shop before going to any “big box” stores when looking for couches/mattresses.

I never write reviews, ..it's really not my thing, but in this case I feel compelled to. The sectional couch that we ordered arrived today and was missing some parts: not a big deal, these things happen, and I expected we'd have to wait a few days to get the replacement parts, ..but when I told Rob about it he went out of his way to get us a working replacement on the very same day. I found that to be outstanding, and felt that repeat business wasn't enough to express what I think about that.

Rob is a fantastic business person. He is knowledgeable and professional. Absolutely no pressure to buy anything. Pricing is amazing and the furniture he sells is excellent quality. Looking forward to receiving our order. Highly recommended.

Bob of Drop Box went above and beyond by allowing me to stop by the store on his day off. The mattresses are great quality and great prices. He also carries living room furniture as well. Had purchased a recliner from him over a year ago. Again great quality and his delivery folks are very pleasant and helpful.

I cannot express this enough: I wish I knew about Boxdrop and Rob weeks ago!!! Rob made the process of buying a new mattress quick and beyond easy! He was attentive and helpful thoughout the entire process and is as real and upfront as real gets. I walked in just looking for a bed and walked out with a brand new mattress (which I cannot wait to jump back into each night). Rob provided me with the best experience shopping for my new Mattress.. first I came with my 2 year old who jumped all over his beds.. he was so patient and polite with him... I fell in love with a sapphire queen mattress... But i.t was a little out of my price range.. I came back the next day while my son was in daycare and Rob knew I really wanted that mattress and offered me the most amazing deal that I could not refuse... He really enjoys making sure his customers gets exactly what they want and is a pleasure to deal with... don’t go anywhere else .. you’ll pay triple what he is offering and I can guarantee you won’t find better customer service
